Zinnia Healing Serenity Lodge

This place is amazing. It changed my life. Once you get settled in. Everything is so much better. The staff is very chill. The clients are Well, rounded people definitely upper to middle class, Therapist are good , food is good. The on site Facility is beautiful. They have a full gym, a music room, basketball courts handball rooms, tennis courts a pool. Definitely would recommend this place.

This quiet, mountain retreat was just the place where I was able to re-create myself entirely. They have the most amazing group facilitators that helped to guide me along the way. I am very happy with my choice to go to Serenity Lodge. I owe them my life. My family also gained a new member that can be present, caring, understanding and empathetic. Thank you Serenity!

Amazing establishment all around. The staff and leadership team is second to none. They are very knowledgeable and willing to help whenever and wherever possible 24/7. The curriculum and therapy is amazing. The facility is beautiful in the mountains of Lake Arrowhead with amazing amenities. This facility changed my life and I would recommend it to any loved one of mine who is struggling.

If you're looking to go somewhere that your forced doing 12 hour days 7 days a week and they lock you out of your room during the day this is the place for you. It was a relief to go back to work when i got home to get some rest. Only get to use your phone once a week for 20 minutes with the case manager in the same room listening. They force you to do "kitchen duty" 3 times a day once a week which has nothing to do with recovery! Simply because they are to cheap to hire adequate staffing. This place is a joke. The only good things about this place is the peer lead AA meetings and Ray who is an amazing counselor. Case manager didn't help at all I was stressed about FMLA and short term disability my whole recovery because I couldn't use my phone to get things handled. Had 3 different therapists in the month i was there, no consistency. I completed the whole program but it was a nightmare. Zero medical doctors on site I never saw one doctor except on zoom. one nurse maybe during the day and that's it. They try to keep you there as long as possible to squeeze every dime out of your insurance. Getting a discharge date is a constant struggle. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Overall, a great rehab facility from detox to IOP. Friendly and helpful staff, facility is in the mountains and atmosphere is fantastic. Patient care team was outstanding and very helpful throughout treatment. My experience at Serenity was great keeping in mind I was going through incredibly difficult issues. If you need help with addiction, I highly recommend Serenity Lodge.

I had a very positive experience checking my dad into serenity lodge. He had just lost his wife and had been using every drug you can think of the past 40 years. Just like so many others, my dad was nervous as we drove up that mountain but we were greeted with warm faces and briefly met other addicts going through treatment there. My dad asked them how it was there, many of them said they’ve been to 5 or more rehabs and this is the best one they’ve been to. They spoke on their experience with other rehabs making them feel caged but the structure at serenity lodge helped them WANT to be there and continue their treatment. Our case manager Jacob was awesome and was quick with replying to our texts for updates and questions from the family tailored to helping my dad’s progress. When I picked my dad up, there was a crowd of staff and other addicts that had become friends of his with a sincere look of gratitude on my dad’s face. It’s a big first step getting there but that first step will take you miles forward in your recovery. I recommend all in search of healing and breaking a habit.

Serenity Lodge truly helped me through my tough time with my addiction. The staff was very professional and caring. They took the time with me to get me all the tools and resources I needed to get my life back. I cannot thank them enough. Highly recommend.

I cannot thank Serenity Lodge enough. I felt as though they were willing to go above and beyond to make my stay not only helpful toward recovery, but also comfortable. My care team, specifically, was awesome! Tim, my case manager. Angel, my care coordinator. And Raul, my therapist. Each of them went above and beyond. Being away from family and from home with little to no communication can be very difficult. But my care team helped me feel comfortable throughout my stay. Thank you for devoting countless hours and resources to assisting and guiding myself and other men in their path to recovery!
