Zenith is the best! Hayden and their team have completely rehabbed my shoulder from old injuries and helped prevent any further injuries I could have from my job. They’re knowledgable, informative and communicate well On top of in person sessions and instructions, Hayden has an extensive library of virtual exercise so that you can easily follow and maintain your body to prevent injury I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Zenith and Hayden to everyone

5 stars all around! Hayden is an amazing physical therapist who really takes the time to carve out a routine that works well for what you need! I was injured after a car accident and I couldn't even walk up the flight of stairs to my apartment. Now after working with Hayden for the past few years I am running on the treadmill! I have only positive experiences here, and found a program to get me out of my chronic pain!

I had to go to PT after my rotator cuff repair surgery and was lucky enough to come here and see Hayden. They are amazing at what they do. When I would get frustrated or think I wasn't going to get my full ROM back, Hayden would always let me know things are moving along and they weren't worried which would give me much relief. They were right and my arm is better than ever! I have been to a lot of PT for past ailments and this by far is the best!! Thank you!

I started therapy with Dr. Hayden Almeida due to nerve damage I experienced from a severe case of Shingles. The nerve damage impaired the use of my left leg and included numbness. I was very distraught about this. Hayden assessed my issues and created a therapy plan during my consultation. After 12 private sessions, and weekly exercises with Hayden and on my own, I have fully recovered!! Hayden was always thorough, kind, knowledgeable and professional in my care. I could not be more thrilled at my weekly progress and full reclamation of my strength and mobility. Zenith And Dr Almeida is the only PT I will seek for future needs. Thank you SO MUCH!!

I followed Zenith Performance PT/Dr. Hayden on Instagram for about six months before I made my first appointment. I had the mistaken impression that Dr. Hayden only treated athletes - and I'm most certainly NOT athletic. Or, at least...I wasn't until I met Dr. Hayden. At my first appointment, they reassured me that 'if you have a body, you are an athlete.' I'd been living with pain in both my shoulders for about two years (during the pandemic). After a few months of treatment by Dr. Hayden and my practicing 'movement as medicine' - my shoulders have been pain free. Dr. Hayden is caring, super smart and inspiring - exactly WHO I needed in my life, to help me realize that being active in treating my own body was a key to improvement. I felt trapped by pain...and now I'm free, thanks in large part to Dr. Hayden.

I'm so grateful to Hayden. After my knee injury, I wasn’t sure if I’d ever be able to enjoy my favorite activities like hiking and yoga again. Their personalized care and attention to detail made all the difference. They listened, adjusted the plan as needed, and motivated me when I felt discouraged. Now, I’m back to doing the activities I love, pain-free. I can’t thank them enough!

Hayden knows exactly how to get you back to normal and pain free. I injured myself and had a marathon coming up. Afraid I was gonna have to pull out with only 6 weeks to race day. Several sessions with Hayden and I ran the Paris marathon pain free and got a PR. I’m forever in their graces

Hayden helped me rehab a shoulder injury that had been bothering me for nearly four years. I had been to at least five different PTs for the issue and nobody seemed to know what was going on or how to help. Hayden considered the issue from a whole body perspective, studying the movement of my entire scapular region and thoracic spine. And when one thing didn't work, Hayden was not too proud to admit that we should try something else. After trying a bunch of different approaches, we finally stumbled on one that worked. Since then I've been able to resume a bunch of overhead activities (basketball, tennis, weight lifting), and now whenever my shoulder acts up, I go back to those exercises Hayden taught me - helps that's I've got them all in our emails. I would BIG recommend Hayden to anyone dealing with chronic, recalcitrant movement issues.
