Zenergy gets an enthusiastic five stars from me! I've become a regular client with Schuyler who is a fantastic massage therapist. He has a deep understanding of anatomy and I always learn something new about what's going on with my body - which has been so helpful for all of my outdoor activities. Plus I feel great! The massages are excellent and he really understands how to hone into problem areas and tailor a session to specific needs. The studio itself has a cute gift shop with local art, jewelry, cards, etc, and the rooms are always clean and peaceful. A relaxing and welcoming space I enjoy frequenting! I really appreciate that Zenergy offers a wellness program which helps make regular massages more affordable. Also, scheduling is super easy online, and I've found them to be very responsive. All in all, this place is a gem in Truckee!

I have been getting monthly massages at Zenergy for a long while now and it’s always the highlight of my month. All the massage therapists are wonderful, but I’ve had an especially great experience with Emily. It’s a very relaxing space and the therapists are very attentive to your needs. Highly recommend!

I finally signed up for their well being package after hearing from several friends who became members and I really appreciate the consistent self care that it provides me. I've especially appreciated Britt who has great knowledge of the body and how to unlock tension and tight spots. I was asked if I could push back one appointment because another client was late, thankfully I wasn't in a rush but they also gave me the option of saying no which I appreciated. Other than that blip, the quality of service has been consistent so far.

Amber is Godsent or reincarnation herself. It felt like she knew every single knot in my body that she smoothened with her skillful hands. I have had many massages but this was something else. I highly recommend Zenergy. Once you get the 90 min massage, you will realize how much life you didn’t know you had!

Had a great Swedish Massage with Patty at Zenergy on Aug 2nd. She took her time to ask about main areas to work on and any areas of concern. Pleasant, asked about pressure. I was very relaxed afterward and slept extra well that night.

Sara is wonderful at what she does, she really cares and is very dedicated and focused on correcting my issues. I have very complicated issues and problems in my shoulder that causes issues all throughout my body. Sara has been applying medical massage for me for the last few months and I am so thankful I found her as I really needed the help. She also gives great homework and tips on things I can do in between sessions. I am hopeful for my future with this investment in my health so I am not plagued with back/shoulder issues as I age. I would highly recommend Zenergy to anyone looking to invest in their long term alignment and body health.
