Dr Morris was absolutely fabulous with my special needs grandson. He did not get impatient or annoyed when he was acting up. My grandson does not do well at doctors appointments. He was so patient and understanding. He ordered genetic testing to see if we can get to the bottom of the issue. I get a different diagnosis from everyone who has seen him. He explained the process and answered all my questions and he was so kind and compassionate. I wish I would have found him a long time ago. I highly recommend him. Excellent bedside manner..I was very impressed.

The wait times are always ridiculous. No matter what time you’re appointment is scheduled for, they will see you whenever they see you. I arrived 10 min before my appointed time. Currently going on an hour and half of waiting to be seen. Still waiting. They don’t care about anything but money. That’s YRMC for you. What does this town need to do to demand better care from the only hospital and now the only provider here?!?? After thousands of complaints from patients throughout the years, YRMC does nothing to remedy the issues besides drill the receptionists who have no control over the doctors utter disregard for our time.
