Would give more than 5 stars if I could. Dr Frank Allen has been a game changer for both my husband & myself. His methodology is different from any type of physical therapy I’ve experienced. Long term improvement through strategic, customized exercises at home paired with targeted treatments in the office. The process builds on itself as you get stronger and I have experienced great improvement of hip issues, upper back muscle & shoulder issues the past few months. Dr Frank is always a text away and willing to adjust your regimen (on an add to use app) between visits as needed. His bedside manner is excellent - he makes an often physically uncomfortable process, feel more comfortable through easy & interesting conversation. signed up for 12 visits initially but I look forward to longer term follow on work to maintain my strength and target new issues that are bound to occur as I stay active & get older.

For my initial intake, both Dr Cory and Dr Frank took over an hour to evaluate my issues. They were very welcoming and incredibly thorough. I’ve been seeing Dr Cory to alleviate chronic neck and lower back pain. Dr Cory is fully committed to achieving our goals while being both practical, kind and beyond perceptive. I have had a number of physical therapy sessions in my 60 years. I’ve never experienced the professionalism knowledge and overall satisfaction that I do when seeing Dr. Frank and his team. Mainly Dr. Frank Dr. Kory took care of me for one of my visits and was equally impressive. I’ve been in orthopedics for 30 years and have seen, thousands of physical therapy patients and can tell you based on my experience Dr Frank and Dr. Kory are the best I’ve dealt with The professionalism and attention to detail is second to none. The fact that they spend a full hour with you alone is attention you don’t find too often. I highly recommend you have an evaluation if needed and allow these experts to do their magic. I was ready for surgery and looked at this as my last chance. I’m glad I did as I am feeling great and back to playing sports that I had thought I would never play again.

He take the time to listen to your concerns and develop a personalized treatment plan that truly works. The exercises and hands-on techniques have made a significant difference in my recovery, and I’ve seen improvements much faster than I expected.

I can’t give high enough praise to Dr Frank Allen and his colleague, Corey, who have been treating me for about two months with Physical Therapy for a hip and back problem that had plagued me for two years. I’m a 63 year old man coming to the end of a long flying career with about 20,000 hours logged sitting in the not so comfortable flight deck seats of military/commercial aircraft. Along with aging and overuse, hard court tennis and working in my yard, i managed to completely lock up my gluteal muscle group and that resulted in pain, tightness and hobbling around at work which requires quite a bit of fast walking. Consults and treatment with two excellent orthopedic surgeons really didn’t solve my problems as they recommended hip surgery or were baffled by my issues. Dr Frank really identified my locked up muscles groups quickly and seems to have seen this type of ailment many times. We began weekly treatment and an exercise program which finally addressed my malfunctioning muscles and began to loosen and strengthen them to the point that i am walking much more comfortably without pain and tightness and usability is gradually returning, A life changing process. Frank does such a great job of explaining how the complex muscle groups interact, and how alignment and proper balance make your body work efficiently. I wish I had contacted him sooner, because my results have been so good and I am returning to the enjoyment of life and look forward to having my mobility fully restored. My highest possible recommendation goes to Dr Frank Allen and MyPlace Physical Therapy.

My daughter is a volleyball player and she’s had a knee problem since two years. Luckily we found Dr. Frank and we go to see him every other week to strengthen my daughter’s muscle and tendon. Even though she still has a knee pain but it gets much better relief and her whole leg is different now. She has enforced her muscle ability which might cause the knee pain. I understand we need to practice as instructed regularly in order to get rid of the pain but I am confident to see her big improvement down the road. Dr. Frank was very friendly, knowledgeable, warm hearted and always provides as much help as he could. The apps he used is very cool to keep practicing. Thank you Dr. Frank for your excellent work!

Dr Frank Allen is absolutely outstanding. I was visiting Sarasota in May and began experiencing severe lower back pain.
