Dr Oh is amazing! He explained my injury, recovery process, next steps and worst case scenario in a clear and concise manner. He was friendly, patient and thorough. Dr Oh even showed me xrays for a procedure if it's needed later. His after visit notes were thorough and easy to follow. The front staff and nurses were also friendly and helpful. Even the building greeter was friendly! This was the best experience I've ever had at a physician's office. I highly recommend Dr Oh!

Dr Francis Lee and staff treated me without wait and with a thorough understanding and evaluation of my concerns. The medical office I was in was quite nice, clean and efficient as well . It’s rare that a visit to a doctor’s office for me is so pleasant!

Dr. Oh and staff far exceeded my expectations. After my first visit with an orthopedic surgeon I was left feeling confused and scared. Thankfully I was able to see Dr. Oh for a second opinion. He was able to explain the procedure and why it was needed. He also explained the underlying cause and laid out a plan to fix it too. He not only addressed the issue but looked forward to avoid the same thing from happening again. I felt he cared about my outcome and future wellbeing.

We were greeted with a smile from the receptionist who checked us in. The sitting area was attractive and clean. We didn’t wait long before my mom was called in. Dr. Li was prompted for our appointment. He went over instructions for my mother’s upcoming surgery, and finished with directions. The appointment went well. It was our second time meeting with Dr. Li, and he is very professional, a good listener and gave clear instructions for our next appointment. I feel very confident that he will be doing surgery on my mother this summer.

Wasted over an hour traveling here because my only other option was Stamford?? Dr did absolutely nothing. Did not look at my knee. Told me everything was fine and that I hopefully don't need to come back. This could have easily been a telehealth appointment. I saw the Dr for less than 5 minutes and my problem still exists and is getting worse. Avoid, find another place.

Dr. Lee and his staff are absolutely amazing. I had a complex surgery a few years ago and Dr. Lee saved my leg and retained the function despite needing to take several muscles and a bone to remove a tumor. I couldn’t have chosen a better orthopedic surgeon.

Yale has many great doctors and Joseph Lee is certainly among them. He is knowledgeable, empathetic, energetic and has a delightful sense of humor. I look forward to his care.

Dr. Oh and all of Yale Medicine have been nothing short of amazing in the care of my trimalleolar fracture! I recommend him and his team wholeheartedly. Btw, Yale’s patient care, online portal and pertinent communication is the absolute best I have ever experienced! If you suffer a traumatic fracture and can get to Dr. Oh, you will have the very best care possible.
