No wait time...Receptionist seemed preoccupied...Dr./PA was very professional and friendly and took the time to explain. I received two follow-up calls to see how I was feeling and to change my initial prescription. I have never had an urgent care specialist call to see how I was feeling. This is a nice touch!! Great service and an exceptional experience!!! Would recommend this facility to anyone...

These ladies showed kindness and patience. And they handled a difficult patient very well. I was very impressed. They also took care of my situation with ease and made me feel reassured and comfortable. Thanks to all of you and I will be keeping you posted on my progress. Thanks again.

This is the worst experience ever! I just need a report for the bloodwork. They Even couldn't have a nurse to get the blood sample correctly. I told them to terminate the service when they called me to go there for the third time(the blood sample was either not enough or something else happened). And then came to the frustrating ask-for-refund process. I called, emailed, left message and no one called back. The person took care of refund process would always be in a meeting. Save your money and time, go somewhere else

this was the first time i went to an urgent care, and it was amazing, i didn't expecte everyone are very nice and friendly. The service was faster than i went to my family dr, people are kid, funny but still very professional.

Top notch practitioners. I went there 3 times in one week and solved all my issues. Was out of there within an hour. Will definitely come again should I ever need any last minute urgent care needs. Thank you team!

Excellent, kind, helpful customer service. Super great walk-in policy and no need to make appointments in advance. Perfect for last-minute important doctor visits. Place is super clean and professional as well. Highly recommend.

I've been here 3 times and each time, their doctors were inexperienced, I had to show one doctor and nurse how to set up a nebulizer, that same doctor prescribed me the wrong inhaler and when I went back to complain and get the right one prescribed I was told they can't prescribe albuterol pro air.. I went in yesterday sick with a fever and chills, she kept saying I just needed rest which is fine but I asked for her to prescribed ibuprofen and she refused which is ridiculous because it's ibuprofen that helps with fever and chills . She's in the wrong profession she needs to work in a prison or county jail with her attitude.
