Raymond Ramírez, PTA and student Dominique both did a fantastic job during my therapy and helping with my shoulder pain by giving me a massage. My pain has improved more since then.

XO is qualified to give Physical therapy for VA patients too. I would have given 5 stars if they had any group flexibility classes (Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi or water aerobics) led by someone who is also a PTa. Or a larger lap pool for water aerobics or swimming laps which is great for elderly carrying extra weight. Very friendly and attentive staff. Therapy pool is at capacity with9 patients. Your experience may change based on time of day. The gym is of a good size. With at least 1 person cleaning all the time while approx 10 PTAs supervise patients exercising. Waiting room has seating for 12 and I have been there during standing room only hours. They make popcorn 🍿 after 9 a.m. The staff also celebrate holidays lifting the gloom and doom of physical therapy.

Although the office and pt area is very well organized, any place that one major part of it can be slipped by. The main part which is an evaluation by the main PT was not done. The person introduced herself and sent me to the pool area. I didn’t think much of it at first until an employee asked me. I began putting the pieces together. Next thing I know.. several weeks later they she did a 2 minute evaluation… not what I would call a true one of 2 . I’m in more pain instead of just being sore. My main gripe and advice is to make sure you get your 30 minute evaluations. TRIGGER WARNING: I saw my pain management doctor today who was very upset that I didn’t get an evaluation and for me not ranting at the office. Weights should not be used on the elderly. More damage was done to my knee and possibly my back Hot a shot; must rest and go back next week.

Great staff, great atmosphere, and great progression system. The staff especially Angie were very knowledgeable and helpful on the road to recovery. She helped me push pass my limits and gain a better understanding on techniques and fundamentals of strength training. (Always ask for Angie on the last week or day of your sessions.) 😉 Thank you everyone at XO.
