XL Physical Therapy & Sports Rehab

I had ACL surgery and started PT at another location before switching to Marla at XL. Best decision I made for recovery. Marla was there for me every step of the way. She was my educator, therapist and cheerleader. I am back to normal activities because of her. The other team members at XL were very supportive and work well as a team. I highly recommend XL and special shout out to Marla!

This place was good a few years ago. I went back in 2024 and I'd say if it was an 8 before, it is a 1 now. Therapist turnover hurt them. I ended up having to suggest exercises to them that were then incorporated. Place is only busy because it is convenient to condos nearby. For anything serious, requiring attentive rehab, I'd highly recommend going somewhere else. Also, read the fine print on costs. They don't charge co-pays upfront because they want you to keep coming and then wait years to reach out to tell you to pay. Definite avoid in my opinion.

Amazing team very professional , it a pleasure going to physical therapy , Elektra is back to ice-skating thanks to Zack ,He is very knowledgeable and experienced & Victoria she is caring, thoughtful and very fun to work with and I can move my neck thanks to Marla she is so knowledgeable, has excellent skills level and very accommodating. They are all extremely professional and at the same time a-lot of fun to be around , Carolina at front desk always smiling and very welcoming . I Would recommend XL therapy to anyone.

I had surgery for a tendon tear in my R shoulder . One week after surgery I began treatment at XL. My arm was absolutely stuck to my side and zero movements except for my fingers.( my arm was in a sling for the first week)6 weeks later and I've now graduated from physical therapy . Carolina always accommodated my work schedule . Thank you! I legit had to learn how to use my arm all over again. Even lifting a PC pipe was a serious struggle. Now that margerie, Victoria, Shelby and mostly ZACK. Helped me become an adult again and use my arm. I couldn't be more grateful. It's been a long road but I couldn't ask for better drivers!!! 😌 BIG SHOUT OUT TO XL AND ALL STAFF!!! ❤️ 💙 💜 💖 💗

My experience @ XL Physical Therapy has been great! The staff has been extremely easy and pleasant to work with. My PT Marla is excellent and knowledgeable in her field and after a few sessions I started to feel a real difference in my recovery. I will continue my work there and looking forward to playing tennis again! Thanks Marla and XL staff!

This PT practice is staffed with very experienced therapists. My sessions have made a significant improvement in my lower back. Feeling so much better! Everyone is friendly, too! Thank you!

XL Physical Therapy Florida Is the best place for therapy I’ve experienced! I’ve spent years in pain and the therapy I received at XL was life-changing! The Equipment is first class. The office itself is well managed, and it shows in that the staff is friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and empathetic.
