Thought it was gonna be the most amazing back doctor and doctors experience of my life. They did real well for the first three visits worked like a well oiled machine they told me to make sure I show up for all of my PT appointments because it’s so important and then I show up and they don’t have anyone there to do my PT. Tried to call to get a call back from someone that was higher up and Sandra after I told her I did not want to speak to her. Continue to try to explain things that did not matter at this point and then after I told her I just wanna call back from someone else hung up on me super unprofessional.

I have been getting physical therapy since mid-July. Christine and Rachel (physical therapist and physical therapy assistant) are very thorough, so sweet and sympathetic. They are making a positive difference in my health and I’m so grateful.

Schedule a "free consultation" and then I was charged for the visit because the doctor, who is the person who I spoke to on the phone about a "free consultation", did an adjustment on me that day which made the visit no longer free. He then told me I should be coming in for weekly prenatal adjustments. I went in two more times and with each visit I was in and out in 5 minutes which is fine if you are in a hurry, but never once did he ask about how I was feeling, if I had any new pains, or if the adjustments were even helping??? Furthermore, I was never offered accommodations and as a 6months pregnant patient they asked me to lay "flat" on my stomach during these adjustments. I did not find all of this extremely unusual until I visited a REAL prenatal chiropractor out in Westlake and had a vastly different, better experience. The entire operation just feels like a money grab so that they can charge your insurance without any actual concern for you as the patient.

Double bill me waiting 4 months now they keep telling g me waiting on insurance Co yo give ok for shot. My insurance company said they never heard from.them. Excell said they give me a shot for a charge but they never contacted my insurance company seems like a scam

My job is very physical and it is necessary for me to take good care of my back. Dr. Fabian is amazing! I spend a lot of time on my feet. Sometimes it's my feet or my ankles and sometimes it's my back and shoulders (or anywhere in between). He addresses any concerns. His office has state-of-the-art equipment. The drop leaf table makes adjustments gentle without jerking and twisting. I see a lot of physical therapist working with patients and their scheduling allows for a short wait time. I can say from experience regular adjustments keep me going strong and I am thankful for his help.

I found this place on the humble and am very happy with their service. If you ask me the whole staff is awesome!

This place is amazing! I was in horrible pain and Dr Fabian came to my rescue! He got me in the same day and it was a life saver. Complete relief and the ongoing treatment has been incredibly helpful. No more pain meds, occasional Ibuprofen. Thank goodness! And thank you so much Dr Fabian!!

Staff was cordial and willing to try and help. Geared more to the elderly or the forty year old that hasn't moved in 39 years! My two months of PT were spent as if I were involved with a glitch in the matrix! As of Jun 2024, turnover seems to happen regularly. No Doc now only NP, two others, will not name but in PT and NP have left. Be aware of what you are getting into. Sure is CRAZY 🤪 DAYZ
