Xcel Physical Therapy

I began PT with Xcel because I was having issues with my neck and bouts or vertigo. The vertigo was becoming frequent so I spoke to an ENT doctor who recommended PT to see if the issue could be resolved. After an assessment at Xcel, it was determined I had some misalignment in my upper neck. After working with Darren and Troy over several weeks, I have not had neck pain, no vertigo, and no headaches. I had no idea PT would resolve these types of issues. I am thrilled I didn’t have to have more invasive treatment. I highly recommend Xcel for PT if you have uncertainty in a diagnosis, as I did, and want to find and answer, and resolve with non-invasive treatment. The entire staff at Xcel are wonderful.

I’ve had one knee and two hip replacements (the kids in our family say I’m 75% bionic from the waist down), and I’ve been lucky enough to work with XCel physical therapists each time. My most recent PT was for my left hip and I worked with Barb. The combination of massage, physical therapy and cupping has made a huge difference. Additionally, she quickly determined that I had one leg shorter than the other, and once I visited my podiatrist and resolved that issue with a small shoe lift insert, everything became much easier. If you want to improve and do the work, this is the place to go!

I have been going to Xcel for some time, and I have always come away with a positive result. The therapists always listen and do what it takes to make the issue better. I am not a fan of needles, but Darren is one of the best at dry needling and "digging" into those muscles to make them feel better. I also highly recommend Troy as well as I have worked with him as well to get results. Highly recommend Xcel--Vandalia.

I have found every staff member I have interacted with to be caring and professional. Noah has been my therapist for shoulder rehab and pre and post therapy for a knee replacement. He listens to my questions and concerns. I appreciate the fact that he challenges me to help me reach my full potential. I highly recommend Xcel & wouldn't want to do therapy anywhere else.

Back, shoulder, knee therapy all was excellent, but after being assigned a new PT that was not certified, my insurance did not cover her like my previous therapists. After much research, I wrote the owner, Greg, and sent a letter w/pmt.(what I would have paid if she had been certified)and again sent the same letter because I received no response. 2 years later, I have been sent to collections. So sad, new billing dept. and this reflects poorly on the staff that is so helpful and kind.

I have had great success at Xcel relieving back, hip and knee pain. Darren and Matt were able to help me work out the pain going up and down the stairs and walking and sitting. I want to give them a big thanks.

Spectacular service, exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable team. Noah and Scott spent 6 months fixing my bum knee…. couldn’t appreciate those guys more! 5/5 easy!

They do outstanding work here. The therapists are highly trained and have excellent interactions with patients.
