XCEL Physical Therapy

I have been undergoing physical therapy for a knee injury since March 2024. In September, I transferred from another facility to XCEL, and I have experienced more progress in my recovery in the past month than I previously had in 6 months. I am now pain free for the first time since my MPFL reconstruction surgery. The staff is highly knowledgeable and supportive. I would recommend their services to anyone in need of physical therapy.

Update on my progress. I received dry needling for the past few weeks. I am quite amazed at how my neck muscles are progressing and continue to improve each week. My neck is very close to healing 100%. The professional care I have received through XCEL has the been the best care provided and they truly care about assisting with the healing process by problem solving, working on solutions, and evaluating our progress together. They are dedicated professionals who desire complete success for their clients. I feel most fortunate being able to be a recipient of their physical therapy performance. KUDO’s to all the therapist, keep up the great job! I have experience severe neck pain for approximately 8-9 months, since repositioning my sick father, my neck popped. I was unable to receive prompt chiropractic care. When I was able to finally go, my neck was, what appeared to be frozen in one spot, causing severe neck pain, decreased ROM to the left and eventually affecting many other muscles in my neck, shoulders, and upper spine. XCel is working with stretching out my muscles which are very tight and very sore. I have had 2 treatments so far. The second treatment has released a good portion of the tension in my left neck, where the tightness is 75% better. I am completely amazed by being able to not notice the pain, tension, and tightness since my second visit. I am looking forward to returning this week for my next appointment and seeing how much progress we make to my recovery. They are kind, friendly, supportive professionals and confident in what they set out to achieve in making their clients heal and restore their normal ROM and also gives you stretching exercises to do at home to also enhance the healing process. XCEL Physical Therapy has been very accommodating. I got injured on Monday night and was able to begin therapy the next day. They had me set up with a surgeon immediately. I came in with no mobility in my leg and requiring 100% assistance. Within just a few short days I can almost completely bend and straighten my leg and am much more independent. You can tell they are devoted to their patients and care for them on a personal level. XCEL has greatly reduced my recovery time and made the process so much easier.

I recently had a lower back strain that wouldn't heal on its own, so I contacted XCEL Physical Therapy and was scheduled for the following morning. My experience here was the best. You immediately feel welcome by all the staff and therapists. It didn't take long to see the work environment here is a great place to be, they enjoy what they do and genuinely want to help people heal. Based upon a referral from my physician, I have been working with the physical therapists at XCEL earlier this year and have been extremely pleased with my results. The therapists are knowledgeable and skilled in all areas of treatment plans and draw upon each other’s expertise to enhance each patients recovery.
