Xcel Physical Therapy

Xcel Physical Therapy is a five star facility. Erin was my therapist and she provided both hands-on therapy and exercises which improved my strength and flexibility and reduced my pain. In addition, I received education at every visit that helped me to better understand my condition and how to manage it long term. Overall, a great team of professionals that provide patient-centered care.

Everyone at Xcel is so nice and welcoming. Ben is an awesome DPT who listens to you, genuinely cares about your progress, and bases treatment on how you are feeling each week. Ben helped me get from almost constant back pain to minimal pain only sometimes! Would highly recommend Xcel to anyone needing PT services.

I have used Xcel for both back pain and this time for shoulder/rotator cuff problems. They are amazing at listening to what is going on and then addressing EXACTLY the area that hurts. I love that they give me exercises I can do at home. Unlike some, it’s not about making it so I have to keep returning. They truly want me to get better! (Maybe I am just annoying and they want me to go away! But at least I go away cured!!!)

I came to Xcel to seek treatment for BPPV. Ben worked with me with maneuvers and vestibular therapy. Over the coarse of 3 weeks he has helped me slowly gain my life back. I can not say enough wonderful things.

Greg is an excellent therapist. I went to the place for my 2nd issue as he did excellent on my first issue with plantar fasciitis. I had couple of feedback to the clinical director. He carefully listened and agreed to look into the feedback.

I have used both the Vandalia and Beavercreek locations. This business is FIRST CLASS! Everyone from the front receptionists to the owner knows your name and remembers your name. They all are very personable , professional and truly have one goal in mind, help alleviate your pain. The staff certainly give you all indications that they like their job and where they work. I would highly recommend this business if you are in need of top notch physical therapy !!!

I had a total knee replacement, started with xcel in the first week! Everyone there has been very helpful, polite and the atmosphere is friendly and caring!

DO NOT go here! They tell you it will be one price and will say they confirmed it with insurance. Then turn around and send you a bill for more money (double in my case) claiming they never confirmed a price with you just an estimate. They will also never actually schedule you with a doctor after the first visit. They schedule with an assistant but tell your insurance company you saw the doctor. These people should be investigated by the state for fraud.
