I love it here. I always feel welcome when I walk in. Everyone is very knowledgeable and professional. Not to mention, it's so conveniently located for me! Highly recommend to anyone needing occupational or physical therapy. You don't need to drive to Cumberland or even further for great care!

I felt so shy when I first came in to X-cel Performance Rehab but everyone made me feel right at home, from the office staff to the therapy experts. I came to look forward to going there twice a week and with their magic touch I left with an exercise regiment that has greatly reduced my migraines. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs physical or occupational therapy!

I usually don't write reviews but I feel compelled to let others know my experience at X-Cel Performance Rehabilitation in Ridgeley, West Virginia. Contacted my insurance made sure that X-Cel Performance Rehabilitation was on my health plan. Happily, they are and I began therapy. Started seeing Ali who is an amazing therapist for arm sprain, muscle tightness and muscle weakness. I was impressed with how fast I was seeing results with her. I am back with great function of that arm and no restrictions! Backing up a little, I was also diagnosed with breast cancer in 2016, had surgery then radiation which had left me with unsurmountable scarring internally. I have had only 4 appointments with the owner Karen with REMARKABLE results! Wow, I didn’t think I would ever feel “fixed”. Thank you X-Cel for your knowledge and skills of helping others heal as well as your welcoming and pleasant staff

So thankful we chose to take my daughter here for Physical Therapy. They are AMAZING! SO friendly and outgoing, they care about the patient and their families. I cannot say enough great things about x-cel or the people who work there and own it. EVERYONE is friendly! My favorite Physical Therapy place in the area!

This may be long because I can't say enough good things about X-Cel Performance Rehab, LLC located at 476 Frankfort Hwy (Rt 28) Ridgeley, WV and my Therapist Neil Blake!💕 This place is amazing! The X must stand for Xcellence, Xceptional, Xtraordinary, Xemplary, Xtra mile, and Xample of good therapy! Everyone there is soooo nice and personable. The ladies at the desk greet you with a smile and are very professional. The Therapist treat their patients one on one! They don't just stick you in a room and tell YOU what to do, then come back in 10-15 minutes like other rehab facilities in this area.🤔 Neil Blake is giving me caring, specialized, individualized, competent, knowledgeable treatment and his hands are amazing! He tells me where it hurts, not the other way around! He spent a solid hour heating, ultrasonic wave, stretching, deep muscle message and stretching my neck and shoulder! Never once told me to do a wall slide nor did he set a timer and disappear🤨 If I would have gone X-Cel instead of the other place🤭after my rotator cuff reconstruction w/bicep tear in 2018, I'm sure I would be totally rehabbed by now. Instead, after 6-7 months at the other place, I still have limited mobility, weakness and pain.😤 I had given up thinking I would ever feel normal again!☹️ Neil and X-Cel has given me hope and assurance that I will be better! I was sceptical, but Neil and his magic hands have made me a believer! I'm seeing and feeling results after only 2 visits! Thank you God and X-Cel Performance Rehab and most of all Neil Blake🤩

Very comfortable, the Gentlemen been doing his job for over 32 yrs. I feel safe when i goto my appointment.
