Dr Wu was thoroughly knowledgeable of the mechanics of the human body, and took time to make sure I understood why my back hurts and how to change what I am doing to solve my problem. She is very good at her job and uses a variety of techniques. I went into her office doubtful of how pt would help me, but by doing the exercises and being aware of my posture and movements began feeling less pain by the next day! Highly recommend.
Alyssa is not the first PT I've seen in the valley, but by far she is the best! I waited about 9 months in pain before I sought professional guidance about my shoulder, but after 4 sessions I am thrilled to say that not only has my pain subsided, but now I understand the mechanics of what got me into this mess in the first place and I am empowered to ensure I don't find myself in this painful position again. Alyssa has been patient, kind and thorough in helping me understand the mechanics of not only what created my painful situation, but what I can do to prevent it from happening again... also, her pictures for home exercises are top notch.
