Coming to see Eric and his staff at WorkLife PT has changed my life. For nearly a year before visiting his office, I was trying to heal from an injury that I could not seem to understand what I was doing wrong or even what was wrong in the first place. I had been to other PTs, chiropractic care, acupuncture—you name it— and each were individually helpful in their own right. But nothing seemed to touch the root of the problems I was having. Until I was lucky enough to come here. From first entry, you are treated like a person —not just an injured person. Through multiple sessions with Eric, I was able to start to piece together why it was taking me so long to heal and what I could be doing to give me the best shot at recovery. I went from feeling extremely weak and unable to do my job to someone who still lives with pain (let’s be real: things don’t go away overnight) but operating MUCH more functionally and with greater awareness of my body. Eric, Cindy, Heather- thank you SO much for your kindness and hardwork with me and your other clients. As a rehab professional myself, I have seen a lot of therapy done over the years. Your approach toward rehab and the safe space you create is truly a blessing. I would 100% recommend this clinic to anyone and from any walk of life in need of PT services.

I’ve only been to two sessions and I have already seen a vast improvement in two issues I’ve been living with. First was my hand. I was told by a doctor and an OT that I had pre- arthritis which was degenerative and there was nothing I could do but stop using it and eventually get surgery. After the first session with Eric the chronic pain in my left hand went from a 7-8 to a 3-4 and to a 2-3 after my second session. I haven’t had this much mobility in my left hand in 8 years. As for my shoulder I was told by a doctor it was frozen shoulder and by an OT it was muscular and was given a pamphlet. Eric has done two sessions and my shoulders (he worked on both) haven’t felt this mobile in the last year and possibly in my whole adult life. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Eric and this clinic. I feel like I hit the jackpot in the search for rehabilitation and getting to my best self in my mid 40’s.

The Best PT in the Bay area ***** My hand injury from work had persisted for months, and previous physical therapy sessions failed to provide relief. However, my experience with Eric was remarkably different. He took the time to understand the underlying cause of my issue and tailored his approach accordingly. Our sessions, lasting about 1.5 - 2 hours each, focused on targeted exercises designed to alleviate my discomfort. Eric's meticulous approach extended beyond the initial injury, addressing any additional areas of discomfort during the same session, resulting in noticeable improvements. Furthermore, Eric's dedication was evident as he generously provided a complimentary ergonomic assessment based on photographs I shared. Eric knows the muscles and body parts really well and I also has the best equipments. Eric, Cindy, and Heather exemplify an exceptional level of commitment to their patients' well-being, earning my highest recommendation without reservation.
