Tried to schedule an appointment, waited on hold for 15 minutes only to get hung up on. Called back and waited for 10 more, then was told there was only 1 person working and I'd be next. Got hung up on again.

Professional and caring service. Erica is kind and thorough.

I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment to fill out paperwork. They had me fill out the wrong paperwork and then had me wait another 15 minutes after my appointment time to fill out a form that they forgot to have me fill out. I then waited another 15 minutes after that to finally get called for my examination. These people need to realize that other people's time is valuable and to be more efficient in their paperwork procedure. Overall it took an hour to do a 10 minute examination.

Don’t advise going here. There are some professional people here but the main doctors/assistants are not. If doing a work claim, it seems they will refuse anything that might be to costly and will not get you to the help you need. If you are not wanting to deal with an injury for the rest of your life, just go elsewhere and pay a normal doctor to help you.

This was by far the most professional medical office I have ever been too. The staff was so friendly and got me in very fast. They were ahead of schedule and Their was one specific person that was working the front desk and was VERY nice. Definitely recommend!

Great friendly staff! They get you in and out as soon as they can even when it is super busy, they let you know what is going on so your not stuck sitting there wondering. Friendly atmosphere, staff is always smiling and eager to help in any way they can!

We had an employee cut themselves with a x acto blades and needed to get help. Work Partners took care of them at the time and with the follow-up. They also made suggestions on how to prevent future injuries.

This place is extremely frustrating.Their hours are random... including billing that only works Tuesday... they can't even get their billing straight. They say one thing and do another... definitely would not recommend this place unless you have a ton of patience.
