Work -Aspire therapy

Pros - I believe this office does the best with what they have. Tyler does a good job with scheduling. My child did improve in many areas by coming to therapy each week here. Cons - Office management needs to put in more effort into this office. They are short staffed most of the time. They need to hire more therapists. The owners need to get someone to help clean the office (professional cleaners), rather than having their staff do that job. The office seemed unclean and unkept each time we went. Our kids have gotten really sick after visiting this office the day after several times. My child was referred to have more therapy done than they actually needed when evaluated by the public school system.

Services/scheduling were okay. I'm really upset on their covid policy. Explain the logic on this one: my 8 yo son can't go back to OT (1 hr a week) unless he gets a negative covid test (which is child abuse IMO for a special needs kid to do again), yet he has been medically safe to be in school for over a week now (16 hrs a week) and even has a dentist visit tomorrow (which way more invasive than OT). BTW his only "symptom" this whole time was an elevated temperature of only 99.1 lasting just 2 hours (well below the CDC's 100.4+ temp to watch for, and it's been weeks since then). Aspire Therapy's policies are asinine!
