David Nurse was extremely helpful through the selection of Woodward Hills for our loved one. Staff is attentive and helpful, as they juggle and prioritize multiple patients with complex medical concerns. Therapy team is top notch and their results and rankings relative to other skilled nursing facilities speak for themselves.

My husband received excellent care at Woodward Hills. From the moment we arrived, he was treated with respect and received excellent medical care. His room was spotless and equipped with the latest equipment. The room was large and the bathroom was totally accessible. It resembled a very nice hotel. The staff is excellent. In all, a very positive experience. Thank you Woodward Hills!

The DON welcomed a very anxious, post-operative person with open arms. She assisted me closely until I had a private room and knew the schedule of the facility. The Nurses Stephanie and Jarrah were outstanding always explaining meds, tests, and vital signs results. Had a lot of patience with me and my family. Maria the CENA shows she enjoys her job. I waited for her in the morning with breakfast and clean towels. Other outstanding staffs were Khan and Courtney in Physical Therapy and Taylor and Samantha in Activities. The concierge helped out with all our needs and was Pop very pleasant. My stay here served the purpose of good rehabilitation results. I would come back and recommend Woodward Hills to family and friends.

Recently visited a friend who was in the facility recovering from ankle surgery. The facility and grounds are beautiful, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist and the concierge, David Nurse. I accidentally left my car lights on, and David gave my battery a jump with his own car. Great people, great service, all around a very impressive place!

David Nurse was an outstanding concierge. He was a gregarious, friendly, courteous person. The go to person at Woodward Hills. A beautiful mezzanine with a lovely grand piano. They have so much to offer. There is gorgeous courtyard with seating. A few relaxing lounge areas. The staff was friendly and quick to respond. Family and friends are encouraged as well, especially at ice cream time!

The care at Woodward Hills is exceptional. David N. goes above and beyond for every patient. Walking in you are greeted by a friendly, knowledgeable staff member who makes you feel like you just entered a fancy hotel. David N. had everything in place and ready for my uncle. The room was beautiful and spotlessly clean. David was there to answer every question and make my uncle feel safe and welcome. Jeff in admissions took care of everything and made it easy for us. Travon his nurse took wonderful care of him. He loved his physical therapist Khan who literally got him back on his feet. While I do not have the names of everyone who took such great care I would like to thank them for making delicious food, serving meals, getting him back to health, and keeping everything so very clean. If you need a rehab facility this is the place to be. Our family is truly grateful.

My mother is CONSTANTLY neglected. I go visit and her call light has been on for hours. I send food through door dash and they take 2 hours to bring it. I ask them to bring her a cup of water and they have an attitude. It's like they hate their job. I know it isn't glamorous. But people's health ain't something to play with.
