Over the past four months, I have been treated for Pelvic Floor issues by Dr. Ashley Freedman. She has been instrumental in my care since my first visit. I was treated for pelvic floor related issues after having had a complex hysterectomy in January 2024. I presented with severe pelvic and low back pain. She is incredibly knowledgeable in this area of medicine. Ashley cares deeply about her clients and went the extra mile for each and every one of my visits. She has many tools available to her in her tool box and doesn't hesitate to refer patients out either should that be needed for their care. I finally felt as if I was in the right place and was incredibly grateful for all that she did to help me. Please give her a try and I assure you that you won't be sorry. Shes truly one of a kind...

Ashley is awesome. I have been struggling with recurrent utis And constant bladder pain. Ashley really listens to find the right treatment and tools and resources to help. She was able to identify where my pain is coming from and start a treatment plan. After my second visit I already have some relief. If you are having pelvic pain don't hesitate to make an appointment. It is easy and Ashley makes you very comfortable. I highly recommend her.

I have found Ashley to be congenial, knowledgeable, thorough, and helpful. She explained my problem and the options for treatment in terms that were easy to understand. I started treatments in her office and I was given exercises to do at home. I am an older patient who appreciated her thoroughness. She was most helpful.

I feel very blessed to have found such a genuinely caring, knowledgeable, compassionate, and experienced professional as Dr. Ashley Sell Freedman. I have lived with severe pelvic related situations and pain for long time and have seen many gynecologists who either misdiagnosed, gave me no viable options, unhelpful recommendations, no relief or told me I would just have to “learn to live with it.” Instead, Ashley educated me on my condition and infused hope and confidence into my recovery path. I feel fully attended to and cared for, knowing that all of my questions and concerns would be thoroughly addressed. She puts a TON of energy into each appointment, with a clear goal of equipping her patients with the tools and understanding they need to go forward and continue their healing process. Dr. Ashley has helped me significantly deal with my pain through manual therapy in the treatment room and with exercises to be self-performed at home. She also offers valuable lifestyle advice to help me prevent further problems in the future. What truly set Dr. Ashley apart from others is her exceptional skill and expertise in hands-on techniques. She possessed a remarkable ability to assess my condition accurately and design a personalized treatment regimen that addressed my unique challenges. It was evident to me that her ultimate goal is to go above and beyond to make sure each of her patients have an overall wonderful experience. Dr. Ashley has easily surpassed the 5 Star Plus rating that I gave her. Thank you, for helping me get “back on track” and enabling me to enjoy life’s simple pleasures again. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Ashley Sell Freedman to anyone seeking expert care and compassionate support for pelvic health concerns. I can not say enough good things about her. You will be in great hands!

Dr. Ashley Freedman is the best! I've had several sessions with her over the past few months to address pelvic pain and tension, and I have felt such an improvement in that time. She is so knowledgeable and personable and you can tell she really cares about women's health holistically. She put in effort to understand all of the various factors going on in my life physically and emotionally that could have an effect on my muscle tension. Highly recommend her to anyone seeking a pelvic floor PT.

I had been suffering from urinary incontinence for two years. After just three visits with Ashley, which included exercises, biofeedback, and muscle stimulation, my big problem is now a little problem. Ashley explains everything so well and is extremely patient, warm, and kind. I had a bit of trouble with one of the exercises and she worked with me until I "got" it. I am so happy I found her!!

Dr. Ashley made me feel HEARD and SEEN, not only as a patient, but as a person as well. She addressed the issues I was having and made it accessible for the struggles I faced, never downplaying the trials I had. I really struggled with the exercises at first, they were so foreign, and she not only made them easier so I could actually do them, but she celebrated the successes I had, no matter how small. She made me feel important and I walked away from her sessions in a better mood every time.

I initially saw Dr. Ashley Freedman for endometriosis issues. She is by far the BEST doctor I've ever had. So much so that I'm writing my very first review just to say how fantastic she is. I was quite worried coming into this because of my history of pelvic difficulties, but she just has this radiating energy that can instantly put anyone at ease. She will guide you through the process and explain everything so you understand exactly what is going on during your session. She has benefited me in so many ways, even outside of my therapy, because she is so welcoming and actually cares about her patients. Her expertise is astounding, and I learn new things from her every time I visit. Ashley is a true 10/10 doctor, and I am grateful to have met her because, without her, I would not be where I am now. Thank you, Dr. Freedman, for making this disease more manageable!
