GAME CHANGER!! I have dealt with chronic neck pain and trap stiffness for decades (stress, bad postuere, etc). I even had a huge knot on the left side of my neck. After just one treatment with Wendy, there was a marked change in my muscles. After a few consecutive weeks of treatment, my stiffness has improved but more importantly, the chronic pain is gone (as is that knot on the left side!). I am sleeping better and move better. Over the years, I have tried PT, chiro, acupuncture, massage, and nothing has made such a difference that has lasted. I highly recommend trying Wendy’s treatment out! I believe she has magic healing hands and am so glad I found her here in Folsom.
