Wise Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine New Castle

I’ve dealt with Wise PT on two separate occasions and have been very happy with the service that they offer. Lauren is very knowledgeable and quickly develops a detailed plan to get me back in optimal shape. Tracey is great with scheduling and insurance and is very accommodating with setting up a schedule that works for the patient. The facility is clean and has a lot of therapy equipment . If I ever need PT again I will be back for sure!

When I initiated treatment I was in significant pain, had trouble walking and doing routine daily living tasks. Getting in and out of the car was almost intolerable. The staff was welcoming, kind, concerned and very knowledgable. All of my questions and concerns were addressed. Within a few weeks I was pain free and had returned to my normal activities. I cannot recommend this facility highly enough.

Excellent staff!! I have been to multiple physical therapy groups and Lauren and Sara have been the most hands on and helped me to reach my potential. Tracey the Receptionist, insurance person etc works to make the experience the opposite of an insurance nightmare. I highly recommend this New Castle Team!
