My son was only receiving feeding therapy from this facility for around 5 months. Everyone was very kind, but he was just not receiving the care he needed. At his first appointment, they failed to let me know that his therapist wouldn’t be there, instead allowing a student to fill in by herself. Since then, the therapist has missed several of his sessions, and I have not once been notified, yet they expect the same courtesy. I have also personally witnessed the feeding therapist leaving the facility about 10-15 minutes before the session even ends, which should never be okay.
