I just came down to visit from cc Texas and I have kidney problems it started bothering me really bad so I went to this hospital they were so kind at first they asked for my emergency contact and I gave them my boyfriends information. Then they asked what race he was and once they found out he was hispanic they started treating me horribly the nurse couldn’t even put the iv in right she put 5 different holes in my arm I looked down there was blood everywhere. I asked to wait in the lobby for a ride and so I could charge my phone I was told no I had to leave then as I was going to put my charger in my purse I pull out my blue pen the lady in the office claims I stole it from her and to give it back ?? Very unprofessional. Called the cops on me turns out the cops had to take me to another hospital because I was overdosing off of Tylenol and I had told them I took Tylenol and ibuprofen and they still kept giving me more and more and tried to put me in jail.

ER and radiology team were very efficient & kind! It didn’t take them long to diagnose and get us discharged. I want to thank Dr.Smith, Jeff, Shamar, Presley, and Blake!

My husband went in today for outpatient surgery. We were in and out in three hours. I've waited longer than that at a doctor's office! The staff was warm and wonderful and made him very comfortable.

Definitely want to “Thank” all the staff in the ER who took care of me Thursday 4th of July night. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I was in miserable pain from a toothache and they didn’t hesitate to help me. I am very grateful to all of you !

Failed to diagnose a broken elbow in the ER department!!! Which resulted in delay of care and now diminished use of arm!!! The doctor was fired since I was there! What kind of care do you think he was giving? The EMT was the only one that showed up to work. The male nurse was a jerk. Condescending. They totally misdiagnosed the fractured elbow!!! Wouldn’t take my dog there…

My son came in and had asthma for one the wait was ridiculous knowing he couldn't breathe then on top of it the nurses were all so sweet to me now the doctor on the other hand had the wrong diagnosis which I felt but wasn't sure so we got rushed to Crestview Fl which we were supposed be coming to Pensacola Fl the two guys seemed a little weird to me but I rode and prayed that my son would be ok so on the way I kept asking was my son ok he said yes he was fine not knowing when we arrived to Crestview fl that he had been unresponsive and he didn't even mention it which was not acceptable. This was the worst experience I've ever dealt with in my life I will not return ever. this hospital needs real doctors my son would have died because of their “DOCTOR” He had him on oxygen instead of a breathing treatment it was so sad the only ones who cared were the nurses who actually saw about his care and my comfort. I will not ever recommend this hospital! And I'm new to Geneva Al expecting great things and great results from This hospital and it was horrible.

I have lived here more than 17 years and always used this hospital as our emergencies and also our surgeries as well. Dr Dale and his staff are awesome! Very attentive n Kind and everything went well. No issues for me nor my husband during or after surgery. I have taken my children here for all their emergencies and they were always well cared for. Our family physician Dr. Arnold has always been a great Dr. My oldest was in the hospital for a few days from a severe virus. They were very thorough and kind and my son recovered quickly without any issues. We have had all our x-rays and other diagnostic tests here with great success. Thank you WMC for caring for my family all these years. I am so glad we have a hospital this close.

I have been here 2x in 2 days for throwing up blood. Came because the closest and 2nd time, the Dr said to go back because they had taken care of mw previous. The nurses were great, but Dr Haims now will be having a complaint against his medical license. I got rudely and dismissive by this Dr. And he TREATS FEMALE PATIENTS DIFFERENTLY FROM MALE!!! Rolling eyes, condescending, hands going in air, back and forth with his answers, rude to my support person. My support person is going to complain as well. A nurse had to KICK HIM OUT BECAUSE HE CANT TALK TO FEMALE PATIENTS RIGHT! SHE HAS TO TELL HIM OFTEN ON HOW HE COMES ACROSS TO FEMALES! I WAS SCARED AND DR HAIMES COULDN'T UNDERSTAND THAT! Luckily, the nurse said that the Dr I'm being referred to is amazing. Also, if you are on any form of pain management, BE PREPARED TO BE TREATED LIKE A CRIMINAL OR ADDICT. I was not there for pain meds, even though i was in pain. Doesn't matter if you been throwing up for days, then days later, blood OR HAVE CHRONIC ILLNESSES THAT MAKE YOU METABOLZE DIFFERENTLY IF YOU CAN GO TO A BIGGER MORE EQUIPPED HOSPITAL IF YOU HAVE MULTIPLE HEALTH ISSUES.
