Windsor Park Care Center of Fremont

This place is amazing!! It’s definitely older but it’s clean and the staff is amazing. Everyone went out of their way!! We couldn’t ask for better care for my dad♥️

Would not even give it a 1 star ! My fiancé was admitted on Aug 26 and thank God he got himself out of there in 4 days because of lack of monitoring. No doctor on site, nurses are not around when you call them, no rehab centre with an occupational therapist as advertised. This is a nursing home not a rehab facility. My man is back in the hospital rushed to ER and was given two blood transfusions and it wasn’t thanks to Windsor!!! Appaling! Also he got Covid. There is an outbreak there now so beware,

My stay there was wonderful. I was there 8 months and the staff was very attentive and concerned about my well being. Bambie, the head of nursing, Kim, the social worker, and Leslie the CNA really stood out to me. I would recommend this place.

They try to kill their patients!!! In the process of filing a lawsuit against this horrendous facility!! All of the pictures on their website are fake!!! Preet Mohar, The Director, is the worst of them all!!! When I put my family member into this facility thinking they would be safe!! Think again!! They are just money hungry and they refuse to offer any physical therapy just because our insurance switched from private to state funded. Last time I checked, it's illegal to withhold medical procedures and care from patients! If we hadn't removed our family member from this facility, they would have let them die!!

Worse place in the world. My mother stayed there one day and was ready to get out the next. Night shift staff were terrible. They weeds Punjabi ladies talking about dropping patients so they can get more staff. Another Indian CNA was rude while assisting my mom. They were talking too loud in the hallways and saying it’s a 24 hour facility and they can be as loud as they want. Totally disrespectful. Why do you work at these care facilities if you guys have no heart or care for the patients. They’re just here for the money. Nobody checked on her all night she was crying the next day we went to see her. Remember that you cnas have family too. Moms grandma dad etc. you all have them in your family too. Fire these people.

If you think Preet is bad have you dealt with the rest of the staff? She is a saint compared to some of the rest of the staff.

Great welcoming staff, always there to help.. Very friendly. Very Courteous and care for all the residents. All the nurses and management team are very helpful.

Very understaffed. I cannot believe there is only one nurse to attend to all of these patients/ residents. Where is Management?! Very upsetting
