When I first walked in for my initial evaluation, the receptionist Jamie, was so rude. She just stands there, staring at you like you're wasting her time. She has the personality of a door knob. She needs a refresher course in customer service!! The PT I received on the couple occasions I went was worthless. I was put on the arm bike and pedaled that until the therapist said, " ok, enough of that". It was a strange vibe and environment and I hated going there. Parking is horrendous too!!! Trust me...go elsewhere!!!

I just want to thank Eileen Lucas -Brooks for the time, effort, and care that you gave me during my occupational therapy. You are the best at what you do, and I wouldn't be back to work so soon without your help .You were not only a great therapist , but also became a great friend. Everyone at Windham Hospital Rehabilitation in Storrs, CT were always so friendly and helpful, especially Gail , the receptionist. I recommend them highly, and will truly miss them.

Watch out for their billing. Will add as many charge codes as possible using the minimum time for the code. If a code is for 8-15 mins they will only do 8 mins and move on to another code to get the maximum change. Ended up being charged about $400 for 30 minutes of physical therapy. You also don't know this until after several weeks of multiple therapy sessions.

Went here two years ago for wrist rehab. Great therapists and a great atmosphere. They do need to talk with the property owner to fix the towing situation in the parking lot.

One of the worst providers I have dealt with. The office staff is the worst with scheduling and cancelling appointments. Don’t recommend
