My experience at Wilshire Center for Sports Rehab has been quite unique and ultimately rewarding. Initially, I was a bit hesitant about their approach; they don't offer one-on-one care throughout the entire appointment, which was a departure from what I expected. However, the staff is incredibly attentive and manages to meet everyone's needs, ensuring that all patients receive the care and guidance necessary for their recovery journey. The workout routines provided are extensive and, at times, might seem a bit unconventional. Yet, these exercises have proven to be effective. Over time, I've observed noticeable improvements in both my condition and overall strength, a testament to the thought and expertise behind each prescribed activity. Adapting to this new process was a challenge at first, but I've grown to appreciate and trust the methods employed at Wilshire Center. Although I'm aware that I have a long road to recovery ahead, the progress I've made thus far has been encouraging. I'm genuinely grateful for the time I've spent under their care and am optimistic about the future of my rehabilitation journey.

My journey at Wilshire Center Physical Therapy and Sports Rehabilitation have been quite rewarding, I went from a wheelchair to a cane and I can confidently say that the therapist are all so encouraging in all the routines of activity. I would strongly encourage all who attends to keep a positive mind, healing comes from the will of wanting to achieve. Kudos to the staff for giving of yourselves each day to our care.

This place is both disgusting and overwhelmed! I walked through the door and was hit in the face with a heavy odor. The glass at the receptionist's desk is so dirty it looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. The posted photos of the carpeting from 4 months ago have apparently been edited because the carpet in those photos look fairly new and clean. The actual carpeting in the facility looks like it was once gray but is so old and dirty it's literally black in high traffic areas, smells as though it's never been cleaned, and needs to be torn up and replaced. There wasn't much air circulation in the room, if any at all. I went to put my things in a locker and when I finally found one that was available it smelled so bad I was hesitant to use it but there were no other options. The therapist took me to a table and turned me over to one of her younger assistants who gave me instructions on a specific stretch and then he walked away...and was gone for a long time. He left me on my own for long periods of time a few times without checking to make sure I was using proper form during the stretches, and anyone who's had therapy knows that form is as important as the stretch itself. Eventually the therapist came over and made him aware that it was my first time there and he needed to stay with me to make sure I was stretching properly since I didn't know the routine. Once again, he gave me a stretch and walked away. I have serious injuries and went there for serious help. I left frustrated and won't be returning. It's such a shame, it has the potential to be a great space to heal.

I have been going to this place for the past 2 years for my physical rehabilitation process. My main therapist was Angelina Estrada. She was very knowledgeable on explaining my rehab program, flexible with my schedule, kind, and making sure I was doing every exercise correctly so I wouldn’t injure myself. Thanks to Angelina and her guidance throughout my rehab, I have been able to incorporate her recommended stretches and exercises to get back to working out. Overall, the whole staff is great . The lady (Yubeth) at front desk was great at helping me schedule my appointments. I thank her for that.

I came in with a wrist injury. Sandy evaluated and subsequently had a plan for my OT. The team is very knowledgeable, friendly and want to help you get better. The front desk is great, they try to accommodate to your schedule and call the day before to ensure you can make the appointment. Overall, really good experience.

I love this place! I went in for a skiing-related knee injury and worked primarily with Jim Larsien. I really really appreciated his approach. I like understanding what's happening (not just following commands), and Jim was kind enough to share a lot of knowledge with me. Also, the front desk ladies are SUPER nice - to the point that it's actually surprising - bc most of the time, indifference from desk staff is the best you can expect (Ive worked at several medical front desks myself). I also really loved Nadine, who helped me out sometimes when Jim was unavailable. 5 She's very warm and friendly, and everyone else who works there is cool too, but there's something special about Nadine.

This place brought back my active life after 2 consecutive ACL reconstructions and am forever grateful. Over the course of 18 months that I spent there, I found the care staff were attentive, friendly and always informative for my constant barrage of questions. The facilities are exactly what I needed and the program they provided has got me back on the tennis court. I liked them so much, I went back after my 2nd ACL!

Therapy was enjoyable during my time here the ladies in the back were fantastic and always helpful with the exercises, Angie was a joy. The front desk staff was very accommodating with scheduling appointments, and even went out of their way to help with my parking meter so I wouldn't receive a ticket. Thank you
