Willow Tree Care Center

I just wanted to say, My Father is getting very good care at Willow Tree! Today, I couldn't get ahold of him by phone, So this Very nice Nurse Helped me out by going to his room and put his cell phone on the charger and to let him know his family was concerned! She did'nt have to do that but she was so Precious and caring she went to of her way, and for that I Thank 'Theresa" for doing that for the Mora family.

My father-in-law was a client at Willow Tree for physical rehabilitation and then returned for full time care. The staff was very helpful, professional, and caring. Willow Tree was head and shoulders above the other care facilities that I have been involved with in our area. Special acknowledgement to Amber and David who definitely went above and beyond.

My dad has been a resident of Willow Tree for a few years. The staff is amazing and make sure that I am aware of everything going on with him. Amber, the social worker, is absolutely amazing! She has helped my dad with getting services that he would not have been able to get on his own. The times that I have been in to visit, the facility is clean and well organized. They truly care about my dad and I am glad that he is here!

Willow Tree is a wonderful place for your loved one that you can no longer take care of at home. The staff is experienced, kind and caring. I have seen many interactions between staff and residents and ithe interactions are always with care and concern. The facility is clean and safe.

My wife has been a resident for almost five years. We picked Willow Tree because the facility offers single rooms providing privacy plus it can be decorated to meet the residents desire (reminders of home). Secondly we were impressed with the longivity of many of their employees. It is not home, but the management and staff make a concerted effort to make.the stay homelike for the residents.

They are severely short staffed and under experienced. I can personally speak for one resident there that was purely neglected to the point of death. I wouldn't let my dog stay at that facility. The staff does not care whatsoever they put on a great show when you first initially show up and bring your loved one in, but that fades fast. Be aware!

A home away from home for many loved ones. Genuine, compassionate and I appreciate the care provided is different and according to each individuals needs. I am grateful and very proud to be part of the Willow Tree Family.

My mom's nursing home shut down with short notice. I talked to Amber with Willow Tree and immediately they showed they care. She came neglected and in just a few weeks the care team have already reversed some of the neglect. These people care!
