Willow Physical Therapy

I had a great experience at Willow. I was having lower back pain and anything I tried myself didn't help. After the first or second session at Willow, I felt better from the exercises they gave me. They were all very communicative and worked around my schedule to make appointments work for everyone.

I was really pleased with the care I was getting from Raquel. Halfway through I started with a new provider. Suddenly my appointments were canceled and rescheduled without my knowledge, and I was informed I would be seeing a new provider (the third) and that the second was just covering the gap between. Very disappointed in the lack of communication in what started off so great.

I have been going here for pelvic floor therapy for just over a month now and the staff have been great! I feel like I'm being taken seriously with my issues, and I can talk openly with them. I feel comfortable with every session I have and feel like progress is being made. Since this is such a personal issue, being able to go to a place that I can trust to treat me with respect, care and dignity is a big thing. I highly recommend this place if you are needing this specific kind of therapy!

Drew is an absolute gem! She's very patient and knowledgeable about her field. She has been great at helping me get back to my usual self. I have also had great experiences with all the other staff members during my visits.

Sam is the best....he explains what we're doing and why and how our muscles so work dependantly and independently of one another. He's great!

Attentive to the client and staff always motivates during exercises. This is my second time using them - My go to for physical therapy in the interior!

I paid my co-pay at each visit and my insurance reimbursed Willow for 100% of my visit. I have been unable to get them to respond to my request for a refund for overpayment on my account. The first time I called two months ago, the secretary told me I should have received a refund and told me she would contact the billing department. I left a message a week later and received no response. I called again a week later and the secretary gave me the phone number for the billing department. I left a message and received no response. I called Willow again and the secretary gave me an email address for the billing department along with the email for the manager. I sent an email, including both, and it is now two weeks later with no response. I am beginning to suspect fraud. Update: The insurance company processed all payments by the end of June, according to their record, which was well before I started inquiring about my refund from Willow Physical Therapy. The refund came this week, with absolutely no responsive communication even when calling during business hours and having to leave another phone message. The company's approach of blaming the insurance company for their complete failure at communication and their choice of a billing contractor does not work in this case.

Willow Physical Therapy is an ideal choice for all patients who need a combination of physical and educational benefits. I gladly recommend them to anyone who need well trained staff.
