We had a terrible experience with this clinic. They could never set an appointment for our son. They have had a hard time holding on to therapists so they couldn’t consistently treat my son. He lost months of therapy due to their staff shortages. Also you could never speak face to face to someone in their office because there schedulers all work from home and your calls go to voicemail and good luck getting a call back! Terrible clinic.

My daughter had a grear therapist there. She formed a bond with her and was progressing very well. When this therapist resigned my daughter was basically kicked to the curb. There were no more available appointments for her during the times we were able to take her. We were placed on a waiting list since January and haven't heard back from them since then. I reached out to them with more availability with our schedules and again, we were told we would be placed on a waiting list. My daughter has not had her therapy for almost 6 months now. Her pcp states Williams therapy is the only place my insurance covers and the one with more availability. Very disappointed.

Let me start off by saying the therapist for my son was great but the staff made it horrible to schedule any appointments. I am a single mother and Therefore I work from 4am-3:30pm. I informed the staff several times I was unable to book early in the day since I work and they would not listen and let me know they only had in the mornings, I had to call out several times to be able to take my son to therapy since they never had any afternoon appointments. I would contact them 2 weeks prior to book an appointment and they always informed they had nothing available since I told them I would not call of work to work with their schedule. Overall do not waste your time here. They do not care about your child but about the bill they charge afterwards

I Highly recommend this office ! It was very easy to schedule an appointment for time WE needed and always getting the reminder about future appointment . they also validate the parking for an hour and its free. I think they accept many insurances as well. After the first session with Michael WE saw the big improvement in my son speech ! My Son loves to come and play with Michael while getting his speech correction

I wish I could give this place 10 stars. I went to see Erika for carpal tunnel and she is the best OT I’ve had the pleasure of working with. She was extremely knowledgeable in her field and informative on how to prevent future injuries. Not only did she completely heal my carpal tunnel within days, but she also helped rearrange my at home work area for preventative measures.
