Went for my initial visit today. Filled out paperwork and then sat being ignored by therapists and office personnel for 20 minutes. I counted 17 times where a physical therapist walk within 6 ft of me and failed to acknowledge that I was there. Told them as I walked out this place not for me. Called George Erb who was very accommodating and immediately set up my first 8 weeks of PT. Guess they are so busy that they don't need new clients.

I started going to Karmen because I was having shoulder problems. My husband told me how wonderful his physical therapist was. So I went to see her. She knew exactly what I had and started me on a regiment before my Hawaii trip. She is wonderful. If anyone ever needs a great personable PT, I would refer them to Karmen. Kelly is awesome as well. They know what to do and go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. Thanks Karmen and Kelly. Michaela Gerber

Miss Karren Williams herself was very compassionate, very thorough, she offered me and gave everything she's got. Her kindness, cheerfulness alone on the day I first visited her place made my pain in my shoulder went away. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience.

Feeling better after each visit! I'm so happy that my insurance covers her service. I didn't even need a referral from my primary doctor. Very convenient, and perfect for people living on the east side.
