Williams Health Clinic

I literal dread going this clinic. Most times a call I am often talk down. To be precise a women call “Marlene” is extremely rude. I was only asking for a phone number so that I could continue getting help for my health problems. And apparently I didn’t have the exact information for her to find it. Besides the point I was trying to explain to her what I knew and she was extremely rude and wouldn’t stop interrupting making me feel horrible for not doing her job. Please avoid this place at all cost. I could go on and on..horrible place horrible experiences.

This is the worst clinic I have ever went to in my life. They changed phone numbers and couldn’t let patients now. Every time I called, no one answered. (The correct phone number). My provider left for about a month no one let me know. I made tele health appointment. No one called me and I called them no answering again. Very unprofessional. Medical assistant not wearing scrubs properly. Very rude everyone there. A lot problems with some clinic. I made new appointment in person with they’re new provider he was more unprofessional and going in and out my room. Not trying to help me but worried more about their issues about not following proper procedures when dealing with patients. I’m never going back there ever again. I never dealt with that much confusion and disrespect. Especially coming from a clinic where they are supposed to help you. Don’t go there. Save your gas and life. They don’t care.

4 and 2 year old sons go here. Much better than Arbuckle alternative ☺️

Great customer service and getting scene is quick and easy.

This facility is not for a walk-in patients. It's not an urgent care.
