Dr Hwang is very nice and knowledgable, staff are friendly. Hope more insurance can make this facility to be in network. Even though I paid out of network service, but it is worth it. Highly recommend it.

I like this clinic very much! They are professional, and they provide one-on-one treatment which I feel is important. I have been treated for my lower back pain for 3 weeks so far, and I feel much improvement in my pain and aches. Thank you!

I love this place. It is quick to get in. My entire family are seeing PT here. We drive about 1.5 hours here, but it is worth it. The therapy is very effective. Sometimes, I wonder how they can make money as you recover so quickly and don’t need to see them all the time. Highly recommend this place!!!

Dr. Isabelle Hwang is professional, knowledgeable, and personable. She’s always able to target the source of my pain and I always feel relief after every visit. In addition, she’s always super friendly and is able to work with any issues be it physically, insurance wise, or schedule wise.

TLDR; I would recommend and *have recommended* Fyzical Therapy at Wilcrest and Bellaire to others. My friends who went also had good experiences from the exercises and felt less pain or tension after a few sessions. I have visited multiple times for different pain symptoms at both locations over the years. With two locations and now another physical therapist, they offer great flexibility in appointment times that work with my schedule. So I can book depending on what part of town I expect to be in and what time of the day works best for me! I never really have to wait long to book or in the lobby before an appointment, which is great especially if I have a packed schedule that day or need to return to my office ASAP. The staff have been welcoming and very nice to talk with during the sessions. Their staff speak English, Mandarin Chinese, and Spanish. Price is very reasonable, even when I was going uninsured for a while. And lastly, in the interactions with the PTs themselves, they take the time to explain what exercises I can do at home or the office and why it would help my recovery. And as a visual learner, I appreciate that they demonstrate the exercises during the session, watch me try it in the clinic, and provide an educational sheet with pictures. They also have gotten more tech savy over the years and offer to send the sheet over email and updated their webpage to be a lot more user friendly! I leave each session feeling less tense or less pain in the treated areas and well informed on the exercises I need to do.
