Wickenburg Community Hospital

I had blood drawn at the lab and found the lab and the phlebotomist very pleasant and efficient. I don’t remember the gal’s name but she is one of the best I’ve ever had. I have old lady veins and she located a good one on the first try. It usually takes 2-3 tries. No pain, no bruising this time!

My issue was more with the clinic hospital interface. I arrived at the hospital for lab work waited 30 minutes and was told the clinic hadn't coded my order correctly. I couldn't wait that day while it was corrected. I came back the next day and nothing had been done so again after waiting to find out I left. I did get a call later that day telling me the issue was resolved so I came back a third time and it was successful. I have no problems with my primary care provider NP Fila( she does an outstanding job) and the staff at the hospital were helpful. But it shouldn't take three trips to get basic lab work done. I understand mistakes happen but I expect them to be resolved in a timely way. Thank you.

I went into the emergency room yesterday because I had experienced chest pain and body aches early that morning. The staff Dr Reid and Taryn the RN were wonderful. They were thorough and kind. Friendly and helpful.

The whole crew at Wickenburg Hospital Rehabilitation Center were not only competent and professional, they were also fun to work with. 5 out of 5 stars. I'd recommend them to anyone!

Mandi Filla and the girls in the office are terrific! I was greeted and seen in a timely manner. I needed a couple of referrals and they were done the next day. I also got help with a referral for my mom (she's 87). The clinic person contacted the provider and my mom was seen the next day (after I waited for 7 days for the provider to contact me after they received the referral). The Wickenburg clinic has friendly helpful staff who take the time to help you. This level of service never happened with Kaiser in California!

It is a nice place with good doctors, but they seem to all get confused. If you send an order over to the hospital to have x-rays done, they did the wrong x-rays on me. They didn’t have the order to begin with. It just seems like there is no communication between the hospital and the doctors office.

I know it’s breast cancer awareness month. Everybody took great care and got their jobs done very well. They could sense that I was so nervous. Anticipation is very high. I had to return to redo my Breast Exam and then ended up having to do a sonogram as well so the doctor can be sure there’s no suspicious Results, but I was so scared. I even shed a few tears in worry and I was treated with dignity and compassion.

It was my first time visiting “The Wittmann Clinic” & seeing Dr. Matt Jones. Everyone was very welcoming & Matt was friendly, very thorough, listened & made me feel heard in all my medical needs. This was especially important to me because it was my first visit here. Thank You Staff!!
