It’s easy for me to write this review for Teresa. She’s kind, gentle, and an accomplished practitioner of acupuncture. I always feel better after seeing Teresa, that’s why she’s in such high demand. Thank you, Teresa, I appreciate you!

The VA sent me to Whole Health Center about 6 months ago and I've received exceptional care. I've done Chiropractic and acupressure care for most of my life but this has been my first experience with cupping and acupuncture. During the last 6 months the team at Whole Health Center has earned my trust and help me regain my quality of life. Stephanie & Teresa have been very attentive and gentle during treatment. Most of the time I don't feel the actual needle going in, which is a good thing since my treatments require a lot of needles from my ankles to my lower back. Robin has been great about letting me know where I'm at with the VA paperwork and scheduling. In general the setting is one of peace and tranquility where I know that I will get great care. I highly recommend Whole Health Center.

I am a veteran of Viet Nam, and 42 total years of government service, with my last being with the Corps of Engineers in Afghanistan in 2012. Both my wife and I visit the Whole Health Center in Highlands Ranch several times a month. Myself for Acupuncture with Teresa Sullivan, whom has helped me immensely with my shoulder, knees and hand. She has kept me glued together for several years now, and she is fantastic. My wife goes for a massage, normally with Debbie, whom takes care of her knee pains and general health in such a manner that she always looks forward to going there. Both of these individuals are 10 stars; along with the rest of the staff. Robin runs the front desk, handles scheduling, works with the payment folks, and everything else in the office. Robin is very meticulous about scheduling your appointment with the right person, and at a time that works for the patient. She then immediately sends you a text and email with your appointment date and time; if you have provided those, letting you know that you are scheduled. Because she also has to schedule your provider to come in at a certain time and date for your appointment; she reminds you to PLEASE call if you don’t think you can make it, 24 hours in advance. That way she can possibly schedule someone else who needs their time; AND not charge you for a missed visit. If the weather is bad, she understands that, and waives the 24 hour requirement. But Robin doesn’t stop there. The day before, she sends you another text and/or email to remind you, and to ask you to Confirm your appointment. Robin is ALWAYS friendly, efficient, caring, and wants to try and ensure you get the care you want and desperately need. Recently, she received a terrible review from another Veteran, and I am hoping he was just having a bad day; like all of us sometimes have, but she doesn’t deserve that review. Robin truly does a spectacular job, and my wife and I are both grateful for her presence, help, and assistance whenever we come in for an appointment. My thanks also go out to the owner, Stephanie, for employing great people, and providing a clean and comfortable setting for our appointments. Without her, we wouldn’t have great people taking terrific care of us. Gary and Barbara J. March 16,2023; Follow up on my earlier review My wife and I visited the Whole Health Center again today; and as usual, EVERYTHING was terrific. Robin had reminded us of our appointments, we called ahead and talked with her about how their weather was as we live in the mountains. We arrived on time, Robin showed us to our rooms and both had a great session, as usual. My Acupuncturist, Teresa Sullivan, treated my problem areas, circulated the blood, and let me rest for a while. And, as usual, it relieved a lot of my pain in my shoulder, hand, and knee. My wife’s massage therapist, Debbie, worked on her bad knee, and generally relieved her body of many aches and pains. We have always experienced a full Five Star experience; and recommend the Whole Health Center to everyone we meet. Gary and Barbara J.

I have been coming to the Highlands Ranch location for several years, treating various conditions with acupuncture and cupping on a regular basis. Recently, I tweaked my back lifting a heavy suitcase. I was nearly in tears from the pain, they worked me in same day, and got me in with Teresa…who thankfully has treated me and my teenage daughter in the past. Her attention to detail, allowing me to thoroughly describe what was happening, empathetic nature and recommended treatment was amazing! Within 24 hours, I was feeling much better, and by 48 hours the pain was gone. I was so grateful, that I called into the office to pass along to Teresa, how I was doing after she worked some serious magic. I highly recommend Whole Health to all of my friends and colleagues who may be in pain, both physically and mentally. It’s all connected!

I love this place! I first started going here 8ish years ago for cupping with Stephanie. She’s incredible and has always helped alleviate back, elbow, and neck pain. I also started seeing Dr. Braden last year. He’s super knowledgeable and knows exactly how to fix many joint and muscle issues I’ve had. Also, Robin who runs the front is a super star human being. Our whole family goes here. Thank you to the whole team!

I was referred here by the VA for a treatment. I will wholly admit and own I was late to my appointment leading to a cancelation. When I first was available to, I called to reschedule, apologize, and see how to remedy. My plan even included how to compensate the acupuncturist who's time I wasted by offering gratuity. That was all thrown out the window after talking to Robin. I found the receptionist very condescending as she talked down to me. She lectured me on paper work that they had sent me which ironically was to the wrong email address. I was told the only reason they'd offer me a reschedule is because the VA agreed to pay for multiple visits. This experience was dehumanizing and made me feel like a meal ticket, not a patient. I rarely feel this way, but I also felt because I am a vet there was some negative bias towards me. TL:DR: don't have have any life circumstances that might prevent you from communicating a delay or cancelation; they'll turn their venom on you.

My acupuncturist was very knowledgeable on treating breast cancer patients. So thankful to them for helping me through my treatment. Highly recommended for oncology patients!

After performing chores around and under the house, I noticed that my hands and forearms went numb. I visited Dr. Braden O’Dell to check out what’s going on, and make sure I didn’t mess up my back crawling around under the house. After performing some tests, he was able to conclude that I was suffering a type of neuropathy that was affecting my hands and arms. So, I went to my primary care doctor and told him about the issues I was having and he sent me to a neurologist for testing. Turns out, Dr. O’Dell was spot on as I was diagnosed with ulnar neuropathy in both arms, as well as carpal tunnel and paresthesia in both hands. I would have saved a lot of money had I just listened to Dr. O’Dell. But the most important part is I started a treatment regimen with him to try and address the issues. After just a few treatments, I started gaining the feeling back in both of my hands! Also, the range of motion in my neck has improved quite a bit as well. I would highly recommend seeing Dr. Braden O’Dell. TL;DR: Dr. Braden O'Dell is excellent. He is very knowledgeable and his expertise has helped restore functionality to my hands and forearms.
