I cannot say enough good things about Whittier Hills HealthCare Center. My mom has been a resident here for over 2 years and our experience has been exceptional. The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and compassionate, always going above and beyond to make sure she feels comfortable and cared for. I was going to leave me mom there but when I saw all those elderly people just hanging out in the hallways with no air conditioner I was like no way I was even told by someone that I should not leave her there the condition of that facility is not what you see in there website. Think twice before you leave your love one there. I was even stop by an elderly person that told me don't leave her here that made me cry.

I love this facility! They take such good care of their residents/patients. Always engaging them in such wonderful activities. Isabel is a God send she cares so much for each resident and goes the extra mile for all of them. She involves the community to help out during holidays to ensure each resident gets a gift. That way the know they are loved. So if you're looking for a great facility...look no more this is it. God bless all who work here for their dedication, compassion, loyalty and professionalism.

I cannot recommend Jeannie Corrales highly enough. Her dedication to her patients and their families is truly remarkable. With over 20 years of experience, her level of care is unmatched. She treats patients as if they were her own family, ensuring their well-being and comfort at every step. Jeannie is incredibly helpful and communicative, always keeping families informed about any changes and ensuring they are constantly in the loop regarding their loved ones' care. We are incredibly grateful for her outstanding service as social services for Whittier Hills.

Isabel has been a wonderful employee at this facility. She is so kind and compassionate and loves her residents. She goes over and beyond to provide fun and activities to bring a smile to their faces. If you are considering this facility, your loved one will be well taken care of.

Whittier Hills turned out to be the best nursing home for my father. We tried 3 different ones before being referred to this one and was far beyond the best place in every aspect. Very clean and an amazing caring staff! Great activities director that pours her heart out to her residents❤️Thank you for taking care of my father all those years!!
