Whitman Physical Therapy

Called to schedule an appointment for vertigo treatment was referred by a current patient. Specifically asked about vertigo treatment. Was told "everyone there specializes in vertigo treatment". Was so happy to get an appointment only 2 weeks out. Got referred filled out intake paperwork. Got call for medical records 4 days before appointment. Had those sent. These people called me 2 hours before my scheduled appointment, " very sorry we don't have anyone who treats vertigo. Sorry for the miscommunication....." Reception staff clearly not aware of who treats what there. Have to find new vestibular physical therapist and go through the whole song and dance ALL over AGAIN! But they are profusely sorry, so I guess they should get a star....

Could not be happier with the services of Whitman Physical Therapy. After my shoulder surgery I could barely move my arm, and after two months I’ve got full range of motion back and my strength is coming back as well. I could not be happier with the crew over there. They are fantastic to work with!

as a new patient,I called the office to speak with the receptionist, she put me on hold for 10 minutes, she never returned or called me back.

Everyone here was so nice! It helped a lot having a warm, welcoming environment instead of a crowded space for physical therapy.
