I was able to get in same day which was awesome! Check in process was quick and the staff could not have been more friendly. The office is so warm and inviting and I was back in the room in less than 5 minutes. I wasn’t “sold” anything I didn’t need and they explained everything very well. Thanks for providing such quality service!

Mrs. Johnson is not only very thorough and knowledgeable, she also has a wonderful bedside manner. Even though I felt bad during my visit, she made going to see a provider when I would rather stay in bed a lot easier on me. Her office assistant, Gina, is also very helpful and friendly. The staff at this office is the most caring and considerate medical professionals I have ever had the privilege of being treated by. Kelly is so knowledgeable and really tries to get to the root of symptoms instead of just treating them. I have had nothing but positive experiences here, and never have any problems getting an appointment as soon as I need one. I highly recommend White Oak Family Medicine!

Went in for free covid test, got in morning I called, test was not harsh or painful, results back in less than 3 days, nice staff. The only negative was I didn't feel good & I did have to get out of my car, in the rain, but wait time was less than 10 mins & it wasn't crowded. Highly recommended if you can get out & go in.

The staff was very friendly and Kelly was great. She explained in detail her diagnosis and recommendation and listened to your questions. So glad to have her in White Oak.
