Best doctors ever! The staff is so nice here. Highly recommend

I feel comfortable enough to be honest and trusting. Dr. Ramsey is by far the best. I'm so glad to say she is my primary physician, and cool enough I can talk bout anything, oh her staff , top notch superstars.

I've been ignored and treated not only rudely but turns out Pam Lowry doesn't know about specific tests and doesn't care to apparently learn either. Front receptionist beyond a joke. When I asked for someone else to talk to after she was completely rude ( on surveillance) but according to officer and security it doesn't work like that, to pull that surveillance and see what REALLY happened. Pretty awful people, I have not met even ONE kind and caring heart at this clinic. They will ignore you, lie to you, disrespect you and make you feel awful without actually taking the proper time to care for you. This place actually deserves zero stars. Not even one! Pam Lowrey is the most conscientious PCP I've had in 60 years. She's very thorough, knowledgeable, compassionate, and personable. She takes the time each patient requires, yet waiting room time is fairly brief.

Om Monday I took my wife to clinic after not feeling well for a couple of days. although the initial visit went well , we were told that the results "would "be back in 48 hours. We were camping at Big Lake so cell coverage was not good. After not getting any messages we decided to travel to the clinic to see if any results were available. we kept getting the same information that the message would be sent to the Dr. that was treating her and would get back. on Thursday we decided to travel back to Phoenix to see our family Dr. We were able to get in and get the medications needed to start the healing process. later we received a call about the results from the clinic. If we would have know that 48 hours is a guess and not a very good one we would have just came back home. not much was said about the delayed response with little apology.

I was very pleased with the care and time spent on my annual new patient visit. I don't think there was a question that they didn't ask. 😘 My prescription was filled correctly and I will be getting labs and testing done for future use. Thank you for to the team at White Mountain Medical.

Well you’re one week getting back with me. You never followed through. Your nurse was to call me back. She didn’t. I have a chronic sinus infection. Bloody nose, brown and yellow discharge. I can’t breath because my nose is plugged up still. That’s why I’m dizzy. It has gotten into my ears. I need an antibiotic to clear this up, medicated nose spray. Pharmacist said the homeopathic remedies you prescribed won’t take care of this. Don’t you think you should follow through with my condition. It would be good to hear from you ASAP. You have my number.

They have never failed to get me in to see a provider when it has been necessary. The front office people are pleasant and try to make your visit a memorable one even though usually going to the doctor isn't fun.
