A huge thank you to the fantastic folks at White Mountain Physical Therapy!! Matt, Mikaela, Justin, Brandon and Erin worked their magic to get me back on my feet with endless patience, immeasurable kindness and delightful senses of humor. They will find the best regimen for you, work you hard (gently), and answer any questions while cheering you on every step of the way. This wonderful group of young professionals is a gift to this area and to anyone who needs to be put back together inside and out. My experience there was truly the best, and I highly recommend White Mountain Physical Therapy.

Got a total shoulder replacement in MA. Was concerned about getting PT in NH. Matt put that concern to rest after my first visit. He worked my shoulder for 45 min twice a week. Three months later my shoulder feels great and gaining more strength every day. Thanks Matt and your staff great people doing great work.

Matt does an excellent job at every step of the PT process. His initial evaluation is very thorough. He is adept at creating an initial treatment plan and is skillful at adapting this plan if/as needed. He will push you, in a very supportive way, to do the best you can in your rehab process. Mark has helped me with both hip and shoulder issues over the past 4-5 years. Exciting to see that business is thriving and that staff is growing!

I can’t say enough great things about the wonderful staff at White Mountain Physical Therapy! After my initial phone call I was quickly scheduled and began PT with Mikaela. After ignoring my Achilles tendinitis pain for years Mikaela was able to give my legs the relief they’ve needed for so long! She is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and patiently answered any and all of my questions. They were also extremely accommodating when it came to handling insurance information. I highly recommend White Mountain PT for anyone on the road to recovery!

From the quick response to my initial email, easy booking, and first visit a month ago, to today, when I can walk on a foot that has had two surgeries and more plates and screws placed than I want to talk about, WMPT has been the best PT experience I could have hoped for. I've worked with Justin, whose positivity and encouragement has meant just as much to me as the actual exercises to get my foot and ankle working again. Today was the first day I've been able to walk unaided in exactly 3 months. As a 38-yr-old mom of 2 young kids, this is a very big deal for my quality of life. If you want the best and brightest in PT but feel like you need to go into the big city to get the best care, reconsider. WMPT will exceed your expectations.

I have been going to White Mountain Physical Therapy since the end of June 2021 following a total knee replacement in March 2020. Matt Kurz’s diagnosis of a continuing issue was spot on and I have experienced significant progress over the past several months under his care. Matt is extremely knowledgeable, patient and supportive working throughout our sessions to develop my strength, stability and confidence. Not only does he demonstrate the exercises he wants you to do but he explains the reasoning behind why they are important to the recovery process. Matt and his co-owner and wife Hannah are very friendly and welcoming offering a personal touch that makes the whole experience comfortable and stress free. I highly recommend Team Kurz!

I am a former patient of Matt’s from when he worked as a PT at another practice. First and foremost, Matt is an talented PT, the best I’ve ever seen. He treated my shoulder after recent surgery to release frozen shoulder and repair my bicep tendon. As a result of years of shoulder problems, I have significant related neck pain. Matt recognizes that they are connected and spends the required time treating my neck with soft tissue massage, and other optional treatment (dry needling-it sounds painful but it is not) on top of my shoulder rehab. He recognizes that improving my neck pain is part of the big picture. Matt is patient, extremely empathetic, and he listens and maintains a positive and upbeat upbeat attitude, which is truly infectious! Matt is a kind and generous human being, which is important to me. I am certain that in no time at all, Matt’s practice will have more clients than he can handle. If you are one of his patients, you are lucky!

I have gone to White Mountain Physical Therapy twice now. The first time, Matt was able to help me work out the pain I was having in my knee. So, when I found out I needed rotator cuff surgery, I knew where I wanted to go for PT. The outcome the second time was just as good as the first. I can't say enough about how good Matt is at what he does. If I ever need PT again, it will be back at WMPT.
