White Mountain Physical Therapy-Heber

Once upon a time, in a small town, there lived a grumpy old man. He had a knee replaced and needed physical therapy. His surgeon told him there was an excellent group of therapists at White Mountain Physical Therapy, located in the same small town. Upon entering the first person he met was Samantha the receptionist, she handles all the paperwork and keeps everything running efficiently. Samantha introduced him to Katey the physical therapist, she explained what they could do for him and established a plan of exercises that would help with his recovery. He also met Cody the occupational therapist and Crescent the therapy technician. They all worked together to insure that the old man recovered from his surgery. This old man is very thankful for these compassionate, caring, friendly individuals for help they provided. They helped make what he had expected to be a very unpleasant experience into an enjoyable one. Their cheerful banter with each other and their clients helped reduces his stress and make each visit enjoyable. If you’re in need of physical therapy this is the place to go.

Great Staff! I have been coming here off and on for eight years following a severe accident. Most recently due to ankle surgery. ALL of the staff are very supportive and know their stuff. Samantha is fantastic at her job making sure you can come in when its most convenient for you, Katie (The Physical Therapist) is very good and starts you off with excellent therapy exercises to ease you into the hard stuff. Cody especially is very encouraging throughout your visits. Every time he gives you a new exercise you just want to groan, but Cody's attitude is infectious and he just makes you laugh. Even the support techs, Crescent your great. They are always right there to get you going on your next task.

I’ve been coming to WMPT for several weeks now and have really benefitted from the knowledge and skill that this staff has. Everyone is so kind, caring and knowledgeable in Physical therapy. They have helped me see results in strength and balance which is really helping me prepare for a full knee replacement. I love it here so much I’ve signed up for their fitness program! I highly recommend White Mountain Physical therapy in Heber-Overgaard and am so thankful to have them here in our little town!

Amazing staff!! Post surgery for a broken foot I struggled with walking, stairs, balance, etc. Within a few visits I'm back to hiking and daily activities. Staff is very empathetic because of their own experiences. They creatively push you with new exercises to foster healing. Always greeted with a smile. Highly recommend!

I have visited White Mountain Physical Therapy many times--today is my 20th visit! I have always been greeted warmly and have had personal attention from the staff at every visit. Samantha, Cody, and Katie are professional and knowledgeable in their areas. I highly recommend this office for anyone who needs assistance with their health.

This place is great! Was here for a broken ankle a few years ago and now for a pinched nerve. The staff is awesome, very caring and funny. The time goes quickly. I appreciate the humor and when I left I was feeling great. I love Samantha, she’s a bright spot! The crew here, every one, are wonderful!!!

Everyone there is always friendly and willing to help. Sam always answers the phone with an upbeat attitude. Katie helps you with your exercises and helps with your mobility. Any questions, there is someone around to answer.

Where to start these people are the best, caring, compassionate and understanding. The care that I received after my knee surgery was exceptional and helped speed up my recovery. Always answered questions or concerns with a clear answer and encouragement even when I was thinking I was never going to be the same. If you want the BEST care on the mountain this is your place to go.
