My fiance is a p patient there. It takes five to eight times for someone to answer the phone. They will not give you any information. The people are extremely rude. Getting information to try to be prepared to help your loved one when they leave there is like trying to get information from a concentration camp. How can we on the street be prepared to help if we can't get any information on how to help. This is worse than the pa doc. As an add on . I was asked to reply to their email to discuss this further and surprise no one answered my email. After 28 days you would think that a trained staff and counselors ( Katie is a joke ) would have a viable treatment plan and her after care in place but that hasn't happened. How are you to be support for someone you love when they leave the rehab if you are not included in their in house care. But the bottom line is the longer they stay the more the insurance company pays. So after a week of them asking me to reply to their feedback email , which I did thee times I have never received a response. Now they are either incompetent or too ignorant to answer a few simple questions. So these are the people we are entrusting our loved ones to. They evidently don't care about the after care on the street or they would take the time to answer very basic ,, simple questions. So again it is about how much money they can milk from the insurance company and not the welfare if their patients. Why would I send anything to your feedback email. When I have done so numerous times and all you do is ignore them and refuse to answer the issues. If you would like to help with these issues ,my phone number is on file under an emergency contact. I have contacted the offices of the ACLU this morning about withholding basic information and contact with a patient there. I have sent 8 emails to your feedback . No one will answer so I will take legal action . Thank you have a nice day

So my fiance happens to be in the facility in York I've been contacting the facility for the past 48 hours due to some legal matters that need to resolve in the state of Maryland for my fiance And these were time sensitive issues they have failed to tell her and respond of these issues this facility is poorly managed the phone just rings and rings . they don't return calls when you give the messages ,I let emails and voicemails with no return call . I do not recommend this facility they have counselors who come right out from working at Rutter's and make these decisions for people's lives,,, they're obviously not capable of handling this. They want to quarantine the person off from the outside world ..It's all well and good when you want to shield them on the inside. but how are they supposed to handle reality in the world when they're not exposed to it... I think the need to reevaluate their structure in the criteria and how it's handled, You're technically trying to be responsible with people's lives and are not doing a very good job, they promised counseling as a family which has never happened The goals they set never comes in fruition, and readily discharge people when the insurance is no longer available.. this place is literally a joke

Tenisha is a great leader and knows how to run a facility and I wish her nothing but the best, However on the other hand, Erica (the counselor) needs to go cause she has no personality or people skills at all and it’s not becoming to tell clients that she does not make enough to Council them in Trauma! I wanna acknowledge Ariel the house director who is phenomenal has a great future in saving life. Keep doing what you’re doing.

Pretty clean, staff did their best. I relapsed when i got out but i been clean for 5yrs. This place did help me. If you don't have insurance and ur a junkie, I highly suggest

I just recently completed treatment here a few days ago, and they discharged me without any of my aftercare information and forgot to give me (and the other girl that also completed) our certificates which I needed for court. The BHAs are really nice, but they lost about $300 worth of my belongings and made no effort to replace or refund anything. I was told by another patient that the program director Kelly used to own a practice with her husband, but he was caught funneling money out of it. I hope that's not true, but there were several patients in there that told me their detox days magically got extended even after they were told they were in rehab, which costs the insurance companies an extra $100-300 a day. They shouldn't be billing our insurance companies for anything extra. I feel bad saying that because overall my experience was pretty good, the food was good, the girls were cool, and most of the groups were great. But it's not OK that belongings go missing and insurance companies are getting overcharged...

My mom went to their detox program. She was detoxing from alcohol. If we could give this place a negative rating it would be -5 stars. The nurses didn’t monitor blood pressure’s, forgot to give medications, and lied to me. (Emergency content) I was told she was getting her medications, but they were in my vehicle her entire stay. They allowed me to drop it off the second to last day she was there and they failed to give it to her after I dropped it off. If you’re trying to get updates on loved ones, it’s next to impossible. I called the nurses station for 6 hours to try to get an update on my mom. After 8 1/2 I was able to get through to someone. On the other hand the Techs are amazing. They are supportive and highly involved with the clients. Don’t send your love ones here!

I loved it here. It’s now an all female facility and it’s great. the community is great and the BHA’s are even better. Nurse Connor is great, she’s the best around. I cried when it was time to leave… this was about 10 days ago. Shauna, Jaden, and Connor were definitely my favorite staff members.. they treat you like family.

It helped me a lot I am still sober and still clean I loved my counselor went to out patient therapy it was good It really works if you work it did for me by my higher power good people behind for my sport Take care Love Debbie
