White Blossom Care Center

The reasons for three stars as follow: One of the star is for CNA name TG (Thank God), things are different when he is on his day off. TG is a very nice gentleman with caring heart and well trained! He should be recognized and awarded! One of the star is for the PTA (Physical Therapy assistant) Randy and Jose. Those two gentlemen also very well trained with patience and technique. They truly care of the patients they work with. One of the star is for the OT (Occupational therapy) Madison and Bonnie. Those two young ladies are the fresh air of the gym when they are around. They chat with patients to understand their needs and issues and encourage them to improve. Their knowledge of OT can really help their patients in their everyday life! No star for the administration. The entire facility needs upgrades and better maintenance. No star for the social services workers. They promised a lot but delivered not much. Need to constantly track them down if you want things to get done!

I did my CNA training here at White Blossom, the people there were just amazing. I trained under Ana Ramirez, she was such a pleasure to work with, her heart for her patients and making sure that she is doing the most for her patients was extremely prevalent. She was so kind, had an amazing work ethic. She was always on top of her work and helpful to those around her. I learned so much from her.

Anna is a very hard worker that does her job thoroughly. As long as I have been at White blossom she has been my CNA for the whole time and never a problem. Never made me wait for anything and don't complain about her job. Whatever it might be she does it. I would recommend her to friends and family with out a second thought.

My grandmother was there a while ago, and I had not taken the time to thank Miss Ana Ramírez who was always looking out for her. Her attention and charisma is excellent. I am grateful to her and it is because of her that I give this place five stars. Anyone who comes here asks about the service of this excellent worker. I am amazed by her ability and the patience she has with her patients. You deserve the best Ana, thank you for taking care of my grandmother.

My mother was at this center for a month,it was a lovely experience for my mother, siblings, and me to know that our mother was in very good care. Ana R in particular was caring and attentive to our mother and had a great attitude. We appreciate everything this center and the staff did for our mother.

Recently I came to visit a family member that is being cared for a white blossom and I wanted to write about a particular experience. When I was there two CNAs were taking care of family member Paul and Gannon who was training to become a CNA. I have to say for someone who is training, Gannon provided amazing care that was amazing to see coming from a new member to a business. He not only provided amazing care to my family while learning, but he was so kind and genuinely wanted to get know not only his patient, but us, his family. He would go above and beyond to make my tio comfortable as well as address any questions we had or directed the correct people to us. I cannot say we had the same experience with Paul… at times he seemed like he was just trying to rush through what he had to do so he didn’t have to come back whenever we needed him. Every time a call light was pressed in my tio’s room (him or his roommate) it was always Gannon answering them. At times when Gannon asked questions to help him learn further Paul would sometime blow him off by saying “don’t worry about it” or simply talk down to him. Overall, to my pleasant surprise we received amazing care from a trainee Gannon while being frustrated with someone who’s been here for so long. I hope to see Gannon working with my tio by himself when he eventually becomes a CNA!!

I have been wanting to write this review for a while as the staff and facility really impressed me! As you can see, the place is so clean and everyone was so kind and welcoming giving a warm ‘good morning’ in every hall I walked through. Facility smells great and everyone was dressed in different color scrubs so you knew each persons role. Their care team is knowledgeable and really gave me a sense of security when selecting the right place. Thank you!

Had to stay here to recover from a leg injury and I have to say the nurses here are some of the nicest people!!! Big shout to Nurse Ana R. for always being so attentive and caring with her patients including myself! GREAT JOB ANA R.
