My appt was scheduled at 140pm. I’m a working professional in the health and wellness industry. I arrived at the clinic at 145pm and filled out my iPad. I waited for 3 hours and not once was it communicated to me that there was a 5 minute grace period and that I was removed from the scheduled time. I had to approach the very friendly receptionist and she told me the news. Even she was annoyed because she stated I wasn’t late. From a customer service perspective this is one of the worst medical experiences I had. The communication was poor and the staff was overwhelmed. My 140pm appt was changed to 4pm. Please reconsider your 5 minute grace period. As with traffic and just life circumstances that window is too tight. Unacceptable Wheeler! Poor customer service! I don’t recommend!

My entire experience was great. Just be aware that if you are looking for instant answers, to begin a treatment of something that is still unknown to you, you will have to wait. I actually would've given 5 stars, but due to the wait time for a diagnosis of an additional 3 weeks, I only gave 4. Other than that, all was great. Facility is beautiful, and very very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This was only my 1st appointment, but considering I was a walk in, I was very impressed to say the least.

I would recommend Wheeler Clinic to anyone that's looking for health care. I switched to Wheeler, my first time there Absolutely Wonderful Service, from the front desk, to the medical assistant that treated me, I forgot her name, Even the pharmacy. Special thanks to Dr. Obasa, He made me feel so comfortable, and really cares about his patients. Thank You.

I love my therapist. I like my doctor. Dietician is a neat lady. But with all due respect, it sucks. It does. I have been here since like 2019-2021. I have much appreciation for the old front desk staff, for the few that remain, and for the pleasant demeanor everyone offers. But kindness, consideration, smiles- That is not health care. It's a standard of professionalism that they have highly, most of them anyways. But the disorganization and disconnect between doctor to staff and staff to your team and that team to front desk- somehow everything falls to pieces. My doctor is a lovely woman, more than competent and always patient and intelligent. But I have to call directory to get to front desk to get to a nurse to NEVER my doctor. I get told I'll get a call, I never have and never will. Somehow everything keeps going in circles and frankly outside of finding my therapist, you really need to outsource everything else I'm finding. And it wasn't always so bad, the place was really great in the start and they offer likely some of the nicest benefits for their employees. But as a patient, I truly think they bite more than they can chew and avoid as much as possible so they can bite some more. I've gone from confident in everything, to confused and scared half the time and even judged by some of the new front end staff despite me being there longer than they likely even knew it existed! I cannot stress enough how lovely my team is, I just wish it felt like I had a TEAM.

Alexandra is awesome. Since being her patient I feel my treatment needs are greatly met. She shows compassion and she makes me feel comfortable talking to her. I appreciate it. Staff has always been friendly towards me and respectful.I do agree with the comment from Lisa about prescriptions if your next appointment isn't for 2 or 3 months they should automatically have refills already set up mental health medications are serious and should be a priority. My Aprn is great with making sure I get my medications. Thank you 🙏😊

Unfortunately they cancel appointments more often then they see their patients. So if you need medication regularly I advise to look elsewhere. The doctors and staff are all very kind and try try their best to help however they are constantly overbooked and disorganized. It can take months for you to finally see a doctor.
