I took my grandmother here along with a couple other nursing homes in Springdale and to my surprise this was her favorite place as well as mine the staff was extremely helpful and kind. You can tell they give 100 to their patients! It was nice to see the patients out of their rooms socializing and doing activities. My grandmother spent time at a couple other homes in Springdale at different times in her life but I was never impressed. But Westwood had me impressed despite their older building. I guess don’t judge a book by its cover. They are doing touch ups as well to make it feel more at home.

During my stay at Westwood I found the staff to be very compassionate and very caring. All Staff, including the therapy department treated me kindly and with respect. Everyone made me feel welcomed and safe. I would recommend Westwood to anyone. 100%

I visited every single Nursing Home in Springdale AR and my mom was actually in Springdale Health & Shiloh Health and Rehab before I was referred to Westwood by a nurse at her doctors office. I would of never went there because they were old had some bad reviews but the nurse pointed out to me those bad reviews were from years ago, I’m so glad I went there my mom loved them right off & I felt the same Brittany just makes you feel so at home and Lindsay is great also the entire staff was nothing but helpful. I have nothing but good things to say about Westwood go talk to Ms Brittany if you need a place for your loved one. This was the only nursing home where the residents were out visiting with each other talking not just sitting in their beds or in rooms in wheelchairs nothing but good vibes from the residents here.

The staff is very welcoming and deeply cares for each resident. Would highly recommend Westwood to anyone!

Amazing staff my dad was program to rehab with them for 20 days In less then 15 days my dad is going home with us completely ready 100% independent thank you guys excellent wrk ethic from every last one of you guys specially Brittany the coordinator and keerlie great job .

My father was here after Is falling in October of 2023 sustaining a hip fracture. Although physical therapy at that time was able to get him up/walking and he was able to go home, he suffered a stroke and was readmitted here. I regret this decision every single day. No therapy because of managed care days, no basic hygiene/showers, horrible meals resulting in a 30#weight loss... the list goes on and on. My mother was admitted and I flew in to visit her in the hospital and went by Westwood to pick up my father and found him septic requiring a is a four day admission to the hospital. We have since moved him out of state to a private facility where he is thriving - back on medications he was SUPPOSED to always be on - and gaining weight. He is showered every other day, not allowed to just lay in bed for 20hrs straight and they ensure he eats. DON'T USE THIS FACILITY... IT IS USED AS A DEPOSITORY FOR THE OLD WAITING FOR THEM TO DIE SO ANOTHER BODY CAN TAKE THEIR PLACE AND THEY CAN COLLECT CMS DOLLARS.

The staff is very caring and attentive. They go above and beyond to make sure the residents needs are being met. They have daily exercises to help keep them motivated, along with activities twice a day.
