They took awful care of my grandmother in her final years. They knew her food sensitivities yet would continue to feed her foods that she wasn’t supposed to have and when Covid finally hit, the care she received became absolutely deplorable. She suffered long-term with urinary tract infections so bad that she would grind her teeth down to stumps and when questioned why it was allowed to go on for so long, staff repeatedly said that they could not get a urine sample from her because she’s incontinent. The only good thing to come of her time at that horrible place was a great relationship with her roommates family that developed and is maintained years later to this day.

A very good company, very good rehab, all the way around. Very good place to be.
Westview physical therapy is top notch! Staff are knowledgeable, thorough and kind. I broke my kneecap in Sept of 2022, had surgery and then PT. I am doing great! Thank you John and Kayla for all your positive vibes as I went thru the healing process!
My Brother Jimi has had double knee surgery and had phoned into this facility with the hopes of getting a room and the amazing assistance from their top notch PT team. Which by the Grace of Our God and Lynn Kennedy he has achieved both. Two thumbs way up for the PT team and the entire Annex Staff. Cheers to you All ❤️💪
Great place! I'm going over for post-op therapy. It's a large, yet intimate facility that is divided into nursing-home, rehabilitation, sports medicine and aquatic treatment centers (my words). Several years ago, I had similar out-patient physical therapy. From the beginning, the differences seem substantial. A doctor thoroughly reviewed me and my history at Westview while it was a nurse/PT at the hospital's facility. After review, we began working and evaluating in the superbly equipped gym. I left after about an hour with 3, very doable exercise sets. I have about 10 therapy sessions scheduled and I am sure that the progress will be substantial in that time. Perhaps the only complaint I have at this point, is that they seem not to light interior rooms and spaces much beyond dungeon-level (IMHO). UPDATE: 06/12/19, Westview management reviewed my recent post. Lighting levels are now considerably brighter.
We have been bringing our 4-year-old daughter to Westview for speech therapy. We originally booked an appointment for an evaluation just to see if she needed additional therapy besides what she was receiving school. We started to see progress during that visit! We could not believe it. We have been going for a few months now and she has improved tremendously since she started. Just having the one-on-one attention and therapy that is focused to her needs has made the world of difference. She loves to practice her homework sent home from her visits and her confidence has bloomed. We love her therapist Nicole and think she is a wonderful and is excellent with young children. The whole facility and all the employees are great too. On top of the great service they give my daughter who is in therapy, they also go above and beyond to make us parents and her little sister feel welcomed. Other therapist and employees stop in to talk to her younger sister and bring her get snacks and goodies. It makes sitting in a waiting room with a toddler much easier and she feels so special. My daughter looks forward to therapy as if it was an after school activity. We say she has speech after school and she cheers that she cant wait! I am so happy we decided to go to Westview. I highly recommend it to anyone with a child who needs speech services.
Clean. Professional staff. Great care. Smells good.
The will not take people on Medicaid. It doesn't pay enough.
