All of the ratings below are lies! They are posts from friends they know. They are very inconsiderate and seem not to know what physical therapy is all about. They are after the money from the insurance and will leave you with no improvement. They are young boys and girls with no skills and experience in physical therapy. Seek professionals if you really want to feel better and get well. Their non-chalant attitude and non courteous behavior is also bad.

I just started going here. The staff is polite and respectful. Very professional. Kudos for doing a great job.

Great staff very good people who are helpful and very informative about your injury. Super helpful receptionist I’m able to cancel or reschedule anytime. Recommend this place to anyone in need of physical rehabilitation!

This place may not be the fanciest but the customer service here is amazing all the staff are great from Chris, Jose, Kyle, Luis and Victoria they are amazing and good at their job it’s such a relaxing place to do your physical therapy Victoria is the DJ with the music and she always play great music I highly recommend you to come here to do your physical therapy because they care at WestStar
