Front desk guy is so rude. The place smell so old and like mold, when you leave the office you will be sicker then you were when you came. I was 4 minute early for my appointment I was told to have a seat when another person walk in he help him. Which skipped me….WOW why maybe because I didn’t speak Spanish, not sure but that the only thing I could think of

WestStar Physical Therapy has an amazing staff. All smiles and very helpful . They are on it , and from the time you get there it's all about attention to the patient . I would like to thank them all, and highly recommend WestStar Physical Therapy.

Love the staff, everyone is friendly …. Makes me smile and forget I’m in therapy …… speaking of which it worked and I can now support my own body weight in both my wrists. The clinic director is cool and laidback ….. will listen if you have concerns or pain

Was sent there by my lawyers after an accident, but when they did the evaluation after several treatments they set me up with a therapist that was extremely rude and condescending about my pain, when i explained the pain i was having she got angry and said i should not be feeling pain with this treatment and was angry i said it was painful, well she got rude and i told her, i dont know what to say but im in extreme pain from this, well they didnt like that and got angry at me, and the main dark haired girl said i cant talk to the therapist like that, for what speaking about my discomfort and pain levels during the treatment, rude, unprofessional, i would never reccomend this place its the absolute botton of the barrell

This man/secretary skipped me and I was in first get a load of that Someone came in. They looked just like him. He started the paperwork before me wow….. Why do certain people make the process so unfair?……….

The staffing is very efficient and professional. Very knowledgeable in all areas. The office is clean and follow the proper protocol for the COVID-19 virus. I feel safe and and confident with there services. I would highly recommended to anyone in need of physical therapy.
