This place is great. Professional staff low pressure and I learned a lot of stretching techniques that i can do at home. Hot packs were helpful as was buddy back hand devise. I recommend WestStar. Place is clean

Very disappointed. The guy pretending to be a physical therapist was absolutely terrible. He acts so rude when you ask a question. Dismissive, condesnding and just aweful. He has had many complaints before because when I spoke with the boss (who called me to see why I would no longer be going there) the boss said he already knew because the employee has had other patients mention the same things. DO NOT GO HERE.

DO NOT GO HERE!! If I could leave zero stars I would. This place is absolutely terrible. As you can see they haven't had a good review in over 5 years. The workers are not helpful, rude and condescending. You could learn more from a youtube video. There are plenty of other places to go.

Excellent service in this clinic, all the team members are very professional and respectful, always helping patients in a timely manner. I really recommend this clinic.

Today I did have my Terapy at 10am and they were so busy that I did have to wait for 10 mins to star my Terapy and I was in a bike and it was a man on crutches and it was so sick with the flu ronny nose I don’t know it it was flu or COVID-19 but I let know Osy and the receptionist to the chubby girl not the older lady and let them know that I’m livening because the situation and they just say ok I’ll spray around and the receptionist just say call me to re schedule wend they say it was full on Friday I think they should not let go if they are sick specially how Coved is pick in up not fear to others are they just thinking on making money or what sorry but for the dos time on 6 1/2 did not feel safe in this place

One of the best theraputic locations you can choose. Been down since may 16 of 2017. They have helped me recover one day at a time. No results with the want and need to become better.

I’ve had pain for so long and with two sessions I was feeling way better, the staff is very nice and the atmosphere was clean and fresh. Thank you guys so much JP,paul & team
