After my car accident I was sent to a place that I didn’t like for my therapy so I decided to switch to Westar PT. It was the best decision I ever made. Norman gave me new exercises to add to my routine every 2-3 weeks. I think I’m reconsidering my surgery because Norman’s knowledge is getting me back to work and working out at ease. I’m truly happy with my progress . Norman leads a group of therapists because he can’t take care of all of us everyday. Genesis, Christian, Fernando and Yennessis are such polite and dedicated professionals. I hope I don’t get in more car accidents but this is my number 1 spot. Thank you!

Norman Wong is an outstanding Physical Therapist. Previously, a large chain PT provider misdiagnosed my shoulder injury, prescribed pills and my muscles atrophied. Norman started with strength training, tension pulls and then, 3 and 5 pound weights. I am grateful to Norman and his team for getting the best possible outcome for my shoulder. Thank you, Norman!!!

This place smells horrible My appointment was at 9:30 They called and sent text messages to be here at 8:25 . I had a 25 minutes drive too. I got there on time and they made me wait until 9:40 , telling me that they dont know about the text messages and I should contact the corporate. Will never come back
